The customer service men at the Veranda in Concord are the nicest group of men in CS service, however my experience was with Ira on Wednesday, August 30 th 2023.
I went into your store because as hard as I tried I could not get through to a reasonable person , I had a simple request of changing my credit card number for my automatic payment with AT&T.
I was at home trying for well over an hour, finally in total frustration turned to Ira in your Veranda office hoping he would be able to get through to the proper extension for me and change my card number.
Ira started at 4:55pm and ended the call at 5:30 pm.. to my complete surprise I was dumbfounded to hear that your sales men or women do not have a direct line to your company to help customers like myself. This was a disgraceful amount of time lost holding on to the phone call , and a terrible time for me wasted,,
I’m old, hard of hearing and generally patient.
Would I recommend AT&T to a friend “absolutely NOT”!!!!.
Be proud of your employee Ira he is an amazing lovely young man, he has so much patience, and shows real interest in helping , he tried using his cell phone and work phone to help me.He finally got through and had my credit card number changed ,
You “need” to give your employees access to a direct line so they can help your AT&T customers

Amazing Experience!

I walked in to get help with all my devices and transferring information and to get my daughters new phone activated. The manger Valery got up as soon as I walked in and approached me to help. She walked me to a table with a such a smile and positive attitude. She was so patient with my questions and transferring everything and explaining how the phones work. She made sure I was taking care of 100%.

I highly recommend VALERY to anyone who comes in. She runs her business very well. They help each other out amongst all of the team. You can feel the positivity in the air. Best manager!

Had the best customer experience at this AT&T location at the Veranda. The store manager, Valery helped us upgrade our iPhones. She was professional, helpful, and friendly, and made our overall phone upgrade experience enjoyable. She was awesome!

Amazing customer service from the store manager Valery! I had gone in very upset with a HIGH BILL from international charges and she was very helpful with getting them removed. She was very attentive and took care of absolutely everything for me. If you have any issues ask for Valery.

Ira was the Man my Daughter calls him the Usher of the store.

Nathaniel K. our sales rep was incredible. We went in on a Friday to inquire about a business account. Nate listened a and answered all our questions. We made an appointment to come in on Sunday. We came in and he transferred all our employee lines and tablets within the hour. His service was impeccable. We are beyond impressed with AT&T so far. We have been with so many different providers and this is the first time we have had all our expectations as a business met. Thank you!!!

Brian at the Concord, California store location is an exceptional customer service representative. My experience with Brian as they assisted with my services implemented valuable salesman skills. The visit was pleasant and welcoming the moment I entered the store. I was greeted and asked how I could be helped.

They were very attentive and focused on the tasks at hand. Brian exhibits a Very neutral state of existence and calm that I hope many more can experience when being helped by them

I came in today to upgrade my phone and was assisted by Greg. He was extremely helpful and made the entire process smooth and easy. The customer service was truly excellent and he was so friendly. I will come back to this location and see Greg for future assistance.

The team acknowledged me as soon as I walked in, sat me down w/i 5 mins...explained the steps needed to add a 2nd phone line to my mobile device and proceeded to ensure all was resolved and working properly.
