Publix Super Market at Crystal Springs Shopping Center

My go to grocery store for everything fresh. They have fresh baked items to have with coffee. I love their cold cuts. Boar’s head is second to none when it comes to taste. I love that they’re kosher. This store is always clean and when you buy something here it’s always fresh. Love this place.

2 stars to the Deli Department. They are often very behind. Sliced meats and cheeses are not neatly packaged. No eye contact, no hello we'll be with you in a moment. The ticket system is often empty. When there are tickets in the dispenser, the number you pull is way out of sequence with the marquee sign display. I get it, working with the public can be tough and it's not for everyone. Cheer up, take some pride in your work, or move on!

One Of The Best Places You Can Shop.! Clean, Nice People And Safe.! They Will Walk You To Your Car Evey Time. Did I Mention Their Bakery.? The Best Place To Get A Birthday Cake, And OMG The Best Tasting Bakery.! Enjoy 😎

Publix has never disappointed. Even during supply chain problems, they had some. Now I can find everything I need and want. If you enjoy sushi, they are always made on the spot and are great.

Always clean, shelves always stocked and neat. I've noticed also that Publix is the only store that offers assistance to your car with your groceries. A little more expensive than other stores, but you can't beat the quality of merchandise and customer service!

Always love coming to this Publix. Clean and squared away. Employees go out of their way to help you. Awesome store.

Excellent store. Rarely out of anything. Always friendly customers. Clean and inviting. The parking lot is insane but that isn't Publix's fault I don't think. But the parking lot is pretty bad literally every day of the week.

As a life and health insurance broker here in crystal River (Amerilife.insure for more) I frequently buy snacks for my appointments and clients I visit from the bakery and it is top-notch for our area!!

I enjoy Publix and so do my almost two hundred clients. One of the employees just asked me what he could do to help protect his teeth because they don't give any dental so for less than a single cleaning I got him on a policy with free cleanings, x-rays, extractions, cavities and fifty percent coinsurance on all other operations. He could have gone with the eighty percent coinsurance plan but it's twice the money- if you just are looking to save money and once in a while get a cavity you don't need the eighty percent coinsurance version. The basic one is amazing, I have it and it cut my dental bills by a thousand dollars a year (two cleanings, x-rays, first cavity in my entire life and all of it covered - plus as a PPO Smiles on Citrus even takes it.

I digress but yes! I am a fan of this Publix. Their employees are the best and the 20-something fit blonde cashier is stunningly gorgeous and super helpful. She's a great employee and a nice person like every one there. So it really is a nice place to shop.

I ordered a sandwich this morning, a turkey cranberry and the gentleman who made the sandwich- named Dennis was wonderful. He was kind, and made sure my sandwich was made to my liking. Lately I have been preordering sandwiches and they have been awful. I was very glad to have ordered in store. Excellent customer service Dennis!

I absolutely love this store would recommend it to anybody. The store is very clean and organized and the staff is very helpful if you cannot find anything. You can order your subs and platters online that way you do not have to wait in line. And when you get to the hot case if they do not have the chicken you are looking for they can usually cook it for you and have it ready in 30 minutes. You can order your sliced meats and cheeses from the deli and they will slice them while you are shopping.

Valerie in the deli is the best. we went to get sandwiches for our boat trip and she offered to put all our topping in bags so the sandwiches didn't get soggy. I thought this was a fantastic idea and appreciated her offering. Of course all the staff is friendly just so happens on this day Valerie went above and beyond.

Super clean store with very helpful and friendly associates. It's always a pleasure shopping here.

Very nice store. Very Nice People. Shopping was definitely a pleasure while waiting for prescriptions. And Pharmacy was great just a little over an hour for my scripts and super nice people.

Overall, not a bad experience. I have been to this store multiple times and it's never a problem with cashiers or employees. was nice and let us store our cart full of food behind the service counter while we waited for our cab to show up. Great service with a smile Kim...
