Always had a great experience with Gopuff, but ironically they stopped delivering orders to my neighborhood which is prodominatally black. I also noticed they don't deliver to any area that's prodominatally black. It goes to show whose money they want. Wouldn't recommend them anymore. App deleted.

Received an order that we didn’t order! Have never used this service.

Ordered twice from This store. So far, the first order never arrived. Awaiting the second order (which is not traceable), and hoping delivery is made. Underwhelmed by the reviews I read.

I don't know why I keep going back to Gopuff. My orders always take incredibly too long. Worthless. This will be the last time.

TORPEDOED THE APP. Why on earth make your order minimum total $15? This must be new because I remember being able to order a couple drinks and a snack or two back in the day and I’d have the rest of the money to tip. Well no more, you will consistently be getting smaller tips until the order minimum goes down to a reasonable price. At this rate I could contact Uber eats or any of the other delivery services if I’m going to spend $20 and get an actual meal rather than snacks.

Trash company. It's out of stock but available for sale. Had to wait over an hour and half to realize the only thing they bought was my drink. I had to fight to get the delivery fee refunded because why in the hell am I paying a $5 delivery fee for a single Red Bull

Gopuff has partnered up with Uber with a flat rate of delivery cost. Meaning if you work for Uber and you deliver a Gopuff bag you’re getting a flat rate which is a lot cheaper to gopuff management, instead of sending their own employees on a delivery which is taking opportunities to make money as a delivery employee

If your look for a courier job look into Gopuff or DoorDash as these companies are involving themselves with other courier companies

Which south bend Indiana Gopuff facility first franchisee I was being accused of

My order consisted of 7 things. My arrival time quoted was 9:54 - 10:14pm. At 10:37pm my order had still not moved from “received”. I attempted the “chat” option in the help screen and never got a response. Now I am on hold with customer service to just cancel. 1st time user, will not try again.

Constantly getting expired items. Our most recent order was literally all expired, 4-5 items..all expired.

None of my items arrived, they delivered to the wrong address *facepalm* it was half a block away…….
