Smart & Final Extra!

Great store, stocked well, friendly & skilled checkers. I'd like to see the DiCecco Gnocchi in the pasta aisle come back as a stocked item. Has been removed for awhile now.

Just left the store in Chino Hills. Went through Vanessa’s checkstand, first time my daughter, and I have had this checker. I wanna say she was amazing, sweet, friendly, and really outgoing.!

I stopped by Smart & Final to pick up some fresh flowers for a birthday gift. The flowers were nicely arranged, fresh, vibrant liking and reasonably priced. The lines were short with little wait time.

My favorite item at Smart & Final?
4 pounds of Tortilla Chips!

I love shopping here rather than a big box store. They always have enough employees to keep the lines short.
The employees are very nice also.

They have a great selection and some things not found in other stores like deli containers that are good for freezing leftovers, and a huge selection of frozen food. They always have some good selection on meat especially boneless chicken thighs that can be hard to find at other stores.

It is always a "joy & pleasure" to shop at the Chino Hills Smart & Final. The store is very organized; very clean; & the clerks are very helpful.😊 Whenever a store clerk passes me in the aisle, they always ask "are you able to find what you need"? Then they say "let me know if you need help". The store clerks are very friendly. Always eager to assist. This store never allows the customers to wait in long lines. I appreciate that. You can tell this Smart & Final has great management!👍

I love there prices the cooked chicken. They followed protocol for Social Distancing. They are always so nice and friendly. I have been lost in what I was looking for and an employee noticed and asked if I needed help with anything. I have been in Customer Service for over 30yrs. and now a days that is just unheard of. This one is a bit out of the way but well worth the drive. Keep up the great service.

The best for fresh flowers, always a beautiful selection. Great for buying bulk items for parties or events. I buy candy, snow cone syrup, fruit punch mix, nacho cheese sauce for parties. Plus they have utensils and paper products that are good quality at a comparable price. They also have a good bakery.

Always have everything i need and im just starting to realize everytime i go that there prices are better than stater bros... thanks smart n final

This is a good store, they pretty much have all I need.
Nice and polite people, I even had a nice experience this morning, when a got in line there was this old lady in front fo me, she turned her's head around and when she saw me, this is what she said, go ahead you can go first, but I said no, I can wait but thanks. This just to show you that there's still good and humbled people out there, thank God for that..

Great prices, friendly and helpful employees. Better shopping experience compared to Sam's Club and Costco and no membership needed. Delicious rotisserie chicken and fresh baked goods.

I always have a great time the chickens are incredible it's so clean there there's not much more I can say you guys are top notch everytime I go visit my mom out in Chino Hills I go to your smart and final and buy a chicken garlic mashed potatoes and juice and non-alcoholic beer life is good thank you again
