What an absolute gem of a store. The staff is amazing, kind, courteous and incredibly knowledgeable. Helya helped me out and she was an absolute treasure, beautiful inside and out. I can tell she loves her job and helping people. Stefanie was also a beautiful soul. I live in Valley Village, but will be driving to Glendale for my vitamins from now on. Helya helping me is worth the drive 100%

Ordered 2 cases of Lean Body "Cafe Mocha" RTD through Vitamin Shoppe app for pickup.

Arrived at Vitamin Shoppe (Glendale) within the hour. Customer service was great. Received order and was on my way.

1. For those that don't know, RTD means Ready To Drink.
2. Parking at this particular Vitamin Shoppe location is very limited.
3. When placing an order online or through the app, you have up to 5 days to pickup order.

They couldn't do much since there computer system is limited. Since my purchase was done through Klarna app so it can be complicated. Steffani gave me the customer service phone number with a free protein powder sample. Thank you!

Awesome experience with Christian the main customer service very knowledgeable and friendly. Professional setup and store looks clean and organized all the time. Great management and teamwork! Nice big parking lot for the size of the store. All type of vitamins And protein shakes. You can get a store membership for savings and points. Very pleasant experience with this place. Great job!

I called the store and talked to one the their representative whose name is Melissa. She was super friendly and helpful. I asked few questions about vegan or kosher unbleached protein powder. She took her time to do little search for me and give me some suggestions. Thank you for the experience.

Keep in mind people will always post a negative review when tbey are really upset, vut don't also post positive reviews when things go well. Tbe two managers here are very nice. I have been coming to this store for several years and have always gotten the help I need. I ran into one of the managers outside of her store elsewhere and she was all smiles, that says a lot about her to me.

Vitamin shop has all supplements and herbs and natural skin care you're looking for at pretty reasonable prices. They keep even more inventory at the warehouse than in store and they encourage you to order on line by giving extra discounts and usually free shipping.

It was nice there is a bodybuilder lady who is always very friendly and provides great advice for supplements when I ask. The selection there is more than excellent, this vitamin shoppe location has anything pretty much that you would ask for from a supplement store. If you have the money they have what you need.💪🏽☠🤘🏽

This is probably the best place to buy vitamins and supplements. They have everything you could be looking for. Even if you're vegan, they have a wall of protein powders and protein bars to choose from.
They have a large section of natural bath products as well.

The prices are cheaper than other stores nearby. There is plenty of parking in their private lot. The staff are incredibly friendly. I love supporting this shop!
