CVS

I'm a frequent customer here. I've never had a bad experience. The only bad thing is having to listen to customer's bring rude to the employees. CVS is doing there very best to assist customers daily. People shopping there need more patience. I feel sorry for the employees sometimes when I'm there. Have some more respect and you'll be given the respect back. Thanks CVS for always working so hard. That includes the pharmacy.

I don't know about the Pharmacy, but the actual customer service from the CVS staff is amazing! The manager is very helpful and definitely puts the customers first. I had a photo issue and they were very accommodating.

Pharmacy Name Mark was really nice, he return my call back to let me know my medication was ready for pick up. They should hire people like him!

The pharmacy department is always there to assist you with any issues or concerns.

Employees are always helpful and friendly i live near by so i come here all the time, and ive never had a problem with them.

The store management actually seem to care about customer service and for the most part the employees are trained well, are professional and friendly.
The pharmacy has been friendly and works well in dealing with my family's prescriptions, even with some complicated billing issues, specialty meds, etc. If a tech is new to a certain procedure, they will get the help they need so that I can get my meds and get on with my day.

After reading other reviews it seems to me like people expected the pharmacy to read their mind.
If YOU didn't call in or enroll in auto fill why would you assume its ready.

You check out and a RX you need isn't in the bag? Did YOU order it? So the tech supposed to memorize 100's of people daily Prescriptions??

Do baristas memorize EVERYONE'S order?NO!

Come on people, they give you what pops up ready on the screen and ring you up.

Do you go to McDonald's order a #6 and EXPECT a mcflurry at the window? NO you have to order it if you want it !!

Take accountability for yourself. It's your life you should know when and WHAT needs you need to order.

Lastly, most doctors won't fax things in right away. Nor do the office relay the messages to the prescriber.

Very nice people. They mostly all the time they have my prescription.

They have your quick needs at somewhat decent prices

The parking lot is trashy. Garbage and old food containers. Really. Clean it up CVS.

They were answering my questions rude and they were talking about something and ignored me when I was right in front of them.
