Amazing gear, designs, and even more amazing customer service. Love my Quiver SUPs. Tore off a fin box a couple years ago on rocks (so that's what those short fins are for, eh), but the rest of the board was fine, and it was easily replaced. It's been five years now, and one needed a new valve gasket. Shoutout Lydia for locating the correct one and sending it so quickly, so I could enjoy the river season.

High quality clothes and equipment, friendly staff and just a great overall feel everytime I go in.

Great company, fast 20 minutes pickup a load! Very friendly people in this small town! I got delivery and pickup same day in Moscow, ID , so, I did it during ONE HOUR! Of course, the distance between a company's 2 miles, but they are not lazy and rude as everywhere in the country. My huge respect!!!

Having worked for NRS a number of years ago in the old location, I was blown away by the new facility. The showroom rivals any outdoor store. Of course I got a guided tour of the entire building which was very impressive! It is great to see the continued success of one of the leading outdoor equipment companies. If you are in the Moscow area, a stop into NRS is definitely worth it!

NRS has set the bar high for quality assurance and customer service. I have bought a raft and raft frame from them and have been very pleased. I’ve dealt with Dan L and Mitch and both were extremely helpful with my order and I received prompt delivery. Unlike many other manufacturers they are only a phone call away. They will have my business for years to come.

For over 20 years, I have purchased items for whitewater boats I have owned and built from NRS. They always have excellent products, good prices, and outstanding service. I use them now with both my custom raft building business and my paddle board, surfboard, and kayak rack business.

A great shop to head into for any river gear. This has the attached warehouse, and the staff is often able to provide support and services far beyond was is offered elsewhere. The upstairs is a great secondhand swap that routinely has really good deals. If you float rivers, this is a great place to stop in to relax and explore.

The customer service at NRS is above and beyond. I needed a replacement hose and the proactive effort that Clyde took to get me what I needed was much more than expected. He sent me a replacement and then followed up to help with attaching it and then continued to look for an even better replacement hose and when he found it, sent it to me at no cost. This company is amazing - products and service. We LOVE our inflatable boards and bring them on every vacation with us!

So I go in to this place expecting to spend hundreds of dollars on a fitting or pump or something to fit the valve on my old...very old raft..... Mark shows me some stuff, explains some other stuff to me simply enough for me to get easily and sends me down the road with an adapter for a pump in my pocket that will fit my old school military style valve and charges me a grand total of "Thanks for coming in!" When the product, business model and service execute on such a high level, take pause and recognize greatness. NRS MOSCOW is a great business to support.

Nrs shipped me a clearly used/damaged item. Shipping choice was slow even though I'm in a neighboring state (5 business days). Being a somewhat local company and touted as employee owned, I explained what was wrong with what I received and that I was leaving on the trip that I needed it for soon, I was really hoping the company would help out. The item was clearly used and it left nrs that way with no packaging. It's not a big ticket item so I'd hoped they'd attempt to make it right. I'm disappointed that all got was a canned email response with a link for a return label. They do offer you a chance to buy another of something on your own dime and will refund you when they receive the return. With no assurance that I won't get more used gear, no thanks guys.

If you’re in the market for any inflatable, this is the only place to go. Besides the quality product, they have a rock star customer service team. They went above and beyond with my warranty claim and completely exceeded my expectations. Lifetime customer.

Outstanding customer service!! When they say hassle free return they are not joking. Bought some end caps for my inflatable pontoon, turns out they wouldn't work. Not only did they take them back hassle free they even paid the freight.

Thank you very much to Ashley at NRS for answering all of my questions. I had some rather technical questions about a life jacket as well as several other inquiries. She really went out of her way to put hands-on this item and even call me back with answers to all my questions. I choose to wear NRS life jackets because of the quality in design. It feels good to know their employees strive to ensure you’re happy and safe with your purchase while on the water. 😊👍👍

The prices are great (look for sales too!). The quality is amazing. On a rafting trip I bought their gear and some cheap not-nrs gear. Guess which gear failed? Let's just say it wasn't NRS.

Shopping at HQ is the best, they have discounts and items not found online. Super glad I came in! Found great deals. Staff were helpful too. Would recommend to anyone who likes NRS or does watersports.

Great company, has been extremely helpful to our outfitting business. We like that their is always some one to talk to and answer questions when we call.

Beutifull new store. Bright big showroom. I was disappointed to find out they don't have a furused section of the store yet. I love to hunt for deals. I hope they open one soon.
