Everyone was super friendly and helpful since the moment I walked in. Love this store!! Wish I could’ve looked around but my daughter isn’t into hardware stores yet lol. Not sure how the prices compare to other hardware stores or the quality of their stuff since this is the first hardware store I visited here in Moscow and only bought nails and batteries. But they did seem to have decent prices.

Every time we shop at Spence, the service is incredible! Attentive and helpful employees offer assistance every single time we shop in the store. You can’t get service like that in one of the big box hardware stores! I just returned from my second trip there today and wanted to give my compliments to the staff. Five stars!

We go regularly here for animal feed, farm and garden supplies, and building hardware.

They have a good, well-organized fastener section. Plumbing and electric supplies aren’t quite as extensive as a full-on building supply store, but great for a farm store.

This place is so great especially compared to Moscow building supply, where they used to treat you like a person. The people are like one big family that work there and are always super helpful.Your treated like an actual person.

I would like to thank Spence Hardware & Supply for making my purchase of a Honda FourTrax Rancher 4x4 ATV a wonderful experience. They also installed a 2500lb winch and a 55 inch blade that I will be using on my driveway this coming winter when its snows. I would strongly recommend anyone that is looking for an ATV, Side by Side, or Motorcycle to shop first at Spence Hardware & Supply.

Spence Hardware & Supply has great service and hardware selections. Had never been here but Tri-State was closed on Sunday morning and I decided to come to Spence for shopping. Spence had everything I needed and offered great customer service. Will come back here again for sure.

Found exactly what I needed ,usually do. I like the inventory they carry , many different and unique items.

The people here are very friendly and helpful. I came there looking for a screw replacement for a tool, and the guy helped me to find the right metric measurement for the screw and to find a perfect similar replacement. I had been to another hardware store, and they didn't have what I was looking for, but Spence's did!

Always greeted with enthusiasm and a smile. Always find what I'm looking for and received ordered items quickly. Great little store.

I walked around the entire store, checking it out. It is clean and organized with a full range of products and people who asked if I was finding what I needed. The associates were friendly and knowledgeable and answered my questions with a smile. I'll return.

I purchased a truck liner, and my Wife got a nice flannel. We stop in every time visiting our daughter at WSU.

Ian went out of his way to help me with my key issue. Friendly service. They usually carry a large variety of whatever I may have gone in for. Besides having hardware supplies, they have a farm/ranch themed gift shop that I enjoy browsing.

Rarely have I experienced customer service so good that I asked to speak to a manager of a business to compliment them on their staff. This was one of those time.

I needed to rekey three knobs and three deadbolts to secure a house. Kevin worked with me on the logistics to get the house completed and got them all done quicker than promised.

In addition, ever single employee in the store was cheerful and anxious to help in any way they could on the three visits I made to the store in a two day period.

Spence Hardware is a real treasure and, if I lived here, I would certainly patronize them as often as possible, as excellent businesses such as these need all the support they can get to survive in the world of big box stores and ecommerce.

I encourage everyone to go to Spence for all their hardware and sundry needs.

We absolutely love the device at Spence! Over the last year of working on our first home, we have stopped in weekly to find all of the things we need for our projects. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly and it is our first stop when working on our home projects. Cant say enough praises for this place!

Unique western and rural inspired gifts. KIDS WORK GLOVES!! Not many cheap or clearance items , but quality for sure. Great, hard working staff. Keep receipt for any returns.

Friendly service have about everything you can think of.

I buy all my chicken food here. Their machine and farming implement shop located in their other building is the best in Moscow for untrained novices like myself. Kind, honest nonjudgmental, and informative staff. The other stores in the area do not suffer fools.

Just had to leave a review after the wonderful shopping experience I had during my last visit. The customer service here is top notch. They take the time to help their customers out and it is refreshing to see their dedication to making sure you are satisfied.
