I built relations with the employees and they seem all great!

All staff is frndly

It feels so spacy and open after the renovation

The guy was on his phone the whole time didn't greet me and was in a rush for me to leave so he could get back to his phone call. He told me the pizza oven was off

Cashier has no knowledge of the rewards deals posted on the walls and on led screen. Why advertise if the employees have no clue on how to redeem the points, but they ask each time for your phone number, such a waist of time...

How come doors are locked from 2:40am to 3:30am and on, doorbell was rung, worker is visible walking in and out of backroom stocking slowly, so what's the issue? Why are the doors not being opened for so long? 7/11 247 right? Or have things changed. No nothing has changed, this worker seems to be on his own time using the shop as his own house, instead of a business.

What a horrible store. Watched a senior citizen get yelled at by the clerk yesterday 8/8/23 after lunch! Corporate needs to investigate and reevaluate whether or not this store is should be operated!

I just went there tonight to buy my pods for vuse. The cashier doesn't want to sell me even it is on display. The way she asked me for my ID is rude like, "ID!ID!ID!". Can atleast she asked nicely like "Can I see your ID?". I hope she gets fired, she doesn't what she was doing.

I went there to buy a milk and play the lotto, but since there was no pen I asked the Cashier if I can borrow the pen and to my surprised, he tossed the pen to me, so rude and no manners! I asked him why he needs to tossed the pen and he did not say anything! I am not being a racist but this Indian people needs to respect customers. I will never ever come back on this location!
