Ryan K. in the Millworks Windows & Doors department gives fantastic service. He has helped me choose three doors now over the course of over a year. He goes out of his way to help with orders. He remembers me by name. He is infinitely patient. He’s definitely my go-to for anything door or window related. Thanks Ryan!

A manager (did not get his name) passing by noticed we needed help in the blinds dept and sent Christine Turgeon over right away which was impressive. Christine was so very knowledgeable patient and professional. She took the time to explain everything to us, and just from start to finish was amazing. The store was very clean and organized as well.

Very impressive store. We'll stocked and very good customer service. 2x4's were a little wavy but that's the same everywhere when it comes to cheaper lumber. Much better stock than Home Depot in Middletwon for sure.

I had a special color mixed by the paint department. The sales person went to extremes to make sure It was Duch Boy Country Yellow.

What a great guy Jimmy is in plumbing. Quick to answer the phone & efficient in that he offers product availability AND the aisle to find it in! Better yet, if you don't write the aisle number down and need assistance when you arrive he'll walk you right to where you need to go. Now that's customer service! Whatever Lowe's is paying him isn't enough. Give that guy a raise!

I had the best experience at the returns counter tonight. I was met at the counter by Gabe. Gabe greated me with a genuine smile , was upbeat and friendly. I appreciate the way he handled my transaction . This is the kind customer service that keeps me coming back. I also want to recognize Ryan , he is also the main reason I continue to shop in Cromwell lowes. He is so patient and professional.

They were very good about delivery and pick up on a couple of items.

Rarely crowded, clean and organized. Similar to most other area Lowes. Closest one to our home, and will start frequenting more.

Picked up 5x black mulch can't beat the price!!!

The team in appliances was really friendly and helpful. They helped me find a water filter for my refrigerator, and the cashier was friendly and patient as I paid with multiple gift cards.

Kevin, from the mill working dept? Was exceptional in his customer service, managed to assist myself, a customer over the phone, and another coworker who needed help with product being brought to check out, all while maintaining consistent assistance to me. Excellent employee decision making and couldnt have had better help.

They actually have all the plumbing tools I need. Their competitor is so disorganized and out of stock, where Lowe's has everything I need, everytime, in the right place! Quick and easy shopping as it should be.

The 4" PVC pipe I needed was not out on the floor. A very helpful woman found some in the back and very quickly brought it out on a cart for me. Thanks for the great service!

Needed a quick fix for a broken car window arm (back of a van). Arrived within one hour of closing, Chris (the best employee) came out, helped us troubleshoot the issue, found the right materials to fix it. Took it to the mechanic when we came home and they said it was fixed as best as it could be! Thank you Chris for going above and beyond!

Friendly, patient and helpful.

I unfortunately had my refrigerator break and now is not the easiest time to get a new one immediately. The associates were super helpful and found one that I love. They even arranged for it to be delivered the next day. I couldn't have asked for more.

Found and ordered online for in store pickup. Quick and easy process with minimal wait time. Recommend this process if in a hurry.
