Luis is an outstanding member of your team! Not only did he help an elderly lady find everything she needed and more but he then proceeded to really help me out in a huge way in a timely matter. I am a project coordinator who oversees the site assessment department at a solar company and I’ll tell you right now employees like him? You do not find often. I hope this gets reviewed by upper management and this man gets credited for his outstanding efforts contributed solely towards his good heart and the better of your company.

Great store. The manager is always super nice to me and my wife. Always a clean place and has lots of things in stock. So happy it's around the corner from our house. It's our "go to" store

First off I love this store. The employees are so nice and helpful. Today I was assisted by Sean who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend stopping in just to see what they have!

Stopped in for some candles today, waiting in line socal distance adhered to by everyone.... while waiting to check out heard the cashier laughing with the customer.... at my turn the cashier was very kind even complimted my hair. Good service with a kind word had to make sure her bosses know you have a great employee 😀

If you want a clean and organized dollar general to go to I recommend the cromwell store.. I hated going to the middletown store on Newfield street, since they opened the cromwell store I do not go any other general if I can help it and I avoid the one on Newfield street like the plague.. so if u want nice, and polite, helpful employees, clean and organized dollar general then stop by the cromwell store..

William the store manager there was extremely friendly and very helpful. Store was clean and very organized like no other DG if been too

This store is bigger than other Dollar Generals that Ive been in, many of same items, but they do have more seasonal items & craft stuff. Friendly staff, clean store.
