McDonald's

This McDonald's location is very clean, the floors,tables,men's room, kiosks, windows etc. And excellent service and smiles from the staff what a pleasure dining for breakfast. i am a long haul trucker who dines at McDonald's in every state coast to coast border to border unfortunately some restaurants are not sanitary this one is a gem keep up the great work, the woman who brought me my tray greeted me with a smile and said have a great day, I wish all restaurants were like this.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and the food was fresh and fries were hot and the staff was friendly and the lobby was very clean I will definitely be back to this location

A little more expensive but overall always worth it the customer service the food everything is 1 million times better for like less than a dollar more compared to the few McDonald’s around the area I highly recommend you come here it is always always always worth the pennies and the time it takes the drive over here rather than wasting time at any of the other McDonald’s around the area, you go to any of the others you will be highly disappointed in the food the experience, the money wasted this is the spot

Just a great McDonald's- had an issue with my app and Hector walked me through it. Love that place.

Food was done perfectly, served at the proper temperature, and special requests were followed. Service was quick and professional with a smile and gratitude. The restaurant interior was clean, large 2 section dining room with modern style decor & seating, light up interactive table, and 2 touch screens with fun, educational games on them. There are 4 kiosks for placing orders. (As of the writing of this review all 4 kiosks were in working condition). It was a little upsetting that the machine for the ice cream was down so there was no ice cream or milkshakes available on a sunny 78⁰ day in the middle of June. 😞 Such is life. All in all, great experience 😃

The staff was very friendly and quite helpful. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. All of our food came out hot and as ordered.

They now have two videos game screens to play games on for free at this local . Food was fresh and good. As always..

Ailyana at the window is exceptional. It is extremely rare these days to be serviced by such a happy person. I’m thankful for people like her that brighten my day!

Always a quick visit, my orders are always correct. People are nice . New menu things..very cool

My first stop every morning. Morning shift manager she's extremely nice always fast line never messed up my order which rarely happen this time and age

I was incredibly skeptical of their order ahead app before using it for first time last week. Now it's the only option I'll use! It knows when you arrive before you get inside or in drive through (how I used it). I said I had a mobile order, they used my name and didn't have to give the code even. By time I got to pickup window it was all ready and very freshly done. This location has this nailed already and is incredibly easy and no fuss at all.

Just like everywhere else the new generation has no sense of urgency and the cost of the products you sell are way over priced. For $2more I can get a real cheese burger with fries or salad and its so much more healthier. Major disappointment for a food chain that wasn't all that healthy to begin with get less healthier and more expensive

As far as fast food goes, this McDonald's in Cromwell offers excellent service, friendly faces and great food. I've been going here for over 20 years because they rarely screw up my order and I've never had issues with the food or staff. I would recommend this fast food restaurant to friends and family. I just wish they would bring back salads.

Okay, been waiting for the perfect McDonald's experience for a while, and it happened with you all! I ordered a Big Mac and Quarter Pounder W/ cheese and bacon and they were both excellent! Really, really tasty. This is coming from a guy that has probably eaten 500 examples of both of these burgers in my life, and these were among the best. Not sure what you're doing, but thank you! For some of us, those brief 10 minutes of eating after pulling through a drive through is a sacred time of relief that we rarely get from the daily toils. So when your food is perfect, it really makes those moments. Also, when leaving, I really got a sense of "service" as the guy tending the drive through window asked me very earnestly if I had gotten enough ketchup, and then wished me a good day. Just left that McDonalds feeling like life was alright.

It was nice and hot, very good tasting. Customer service was very good & she was super nice. Was surprised this McDonald's did not have rootbeer for a soda choice. I don't know if it was because they were just out of it tonight or if it is something this one doesn't carry. I'm not from this area, so I'm not exactly sure what the deal is. Drive through was a bit slow to get food out. But this happens when it's the overnight and they are making your food to order.

Super fast and friendly. It was pretty busy and I was in and out of the drive thru on a Saturday morning in under 60 seconds from the time I ordered. Excellent service

I got a cheeseburger. It was good.

Food was good, and service was excellent. Normally I would have never given a McDonald's a 5 ⭐ but they deserve it 😊
