Be cautious of two young ladys with UK accents at Burlington. Today, while browsing, a young lady with a UK accent engaged me in conversation about pants, the other lady took my wallet from my purse.
As soon as I discovered my wallet missing, suspecting of The young lady with the UK accent. Security and the manager promptly assisted, leading to the recovery of my wallet by a diligent male employee. Grateful for the efficient response and excellent service from the staff at Burlington. Thank you!

In other stores it’s $65 to $45 dollars same size and all .

Good store I went today, is very big, but there was a employee, that was mad putting things away , and saying this doesn’t belong here, why they don’t put on th right place. And I walk away that’s rude.

Clean and professional. Staff is helpful and feel safe shopping inside.

I had a chance to shop in this branch for the first time. I always went to Ontario Mills branch. The casher Mary was very unprofessional. Transaction 21850 for reference. I emptied the cart while she was scanning & bagging. I asked if she could pass me the scanned bag instead of putting them on the floor. I thought she did not hear me so I repeated my request. She wouldn't even acknowledge my request nor even look at me. When I started to complain that I was asking her nicely to pass the bags the other cashier asked her and she was saying it will be hand over when I already paid for it. On other store they would hand ìt over and put on your cart until it is done. But after the bags were piling on the floor, She eventually started to hand over the bags even before she finished scanning all. Worst of all was I have to return again to the store before they close because she left one item with security tag not removed. The supervisor was nice enough to have the security tag removed after I showed my receipt.

Seriously probably the most uncomfortable I’ve ever felt in a store starting right when I first walked in. the security guard stands right there with a little thing that she has to open for you to enter the store, and before she does that she looks you up and down and judges you accordingly. then, if she doesn’t like the way you look, she’ll tell you that you can’t even carry your purse throughout the store and that you have to set it down right in front of the store right next to her which is absolutely ridiculous. then proceeds to embarrass you by telling all her little undercover minions that she has walking through the store to also judge people accordingly. If I could give zero stars I would. this place sucks and I will not be coming back

Have been waiting in line for at least 20 minutes and there is only one cashier. I watched as two other employees came and went while the line continues to grow. One employee seemed to be a supervisor as she was discussing the schedule with the others.

The store was messy and disorganized, especially the check out line area where they put all the impulse-buy items and the candy.
Unfortunately for me, the earbuds I wanted were in that area. The headphones area was dirty and all messed up. You can tell nobody takes care of that area... and they just opened the store!.... smh
Can't see them staying open for long, maybe a couple of months after the holidays, who knows
