7-Eleven

Omg today i felt pleasure to deal with amazing Indian team which working there ,i felt like im travelled to indian land and they,all worked like one mechanism ,thats unusual feeling in a same neighbour same shop but stuff make me felt some new feelings.And it was profeesionnaly done.

Well organized and everything I needed was easy to find

Exceptional customer service. Very clean establisent. Coffee counter was clean. Fast cashiers. Thumbs up👍🏽❣

El servicio al cliente está bien, la cajera fue respetuosa, el lugar es pequeño, lo que realmente no me agrado es que no es un lugar limpio, las cafeteras, el piso en general no es limpio y tampoco tiene lava manos.

Place is a scam! Their card machine reads and copies your card I suggest coming in with cash! They copied my card and took money out of my account on a card they created. This is the ONLY store i used my card in and it as because i needed cash so I know for a fact it was then. Not only that but also they didn’t even have the brains to go to a different store to try and take the funds out, my text alert said “withdraw from 711” 🙄I’ve reported it to both bbb as well as corporate. There’s no telling who else they did this to, luckily my bank called and notified me. They won’t be opened too much longer.

Went to this 7/11 today, a women who I assume was Indian, was ringing me up... I bought a few items and chose to use my rewards points. She scanned my app which took away my points, and I told her I’d be right back because I forgot my wallet in the car. I come back less than 15 seconds later and she decides to ring me up again, she scans my app and says she cannot give me the free item OR my points back, she was extremely rude as well about it, do not recommend this 7/11 at all

They cheat there and take more money than supposed to. I just went there to buy a package of whole weat bread. The guy ask for 4 dollar something. I told him that it is just written 2,09 dollar plus tax. He told me this is for the other kind of bread. I asked him to print the receipt and immediately figured out he was putting something else on it which i didn't buy. He gave me the money back after i complained. But i will never go there again...CHEATER! !!

Travel all over southern California & visit numerous 7-Eleven's. This location is the only one that I have found that charges for re-fill of ice only (not beverage) in a 7-Eleven prepurchased cup. Terrible customer service. Won't be returning to that location.

Went today to the 7-Eleven because it's close to my house but when I got there I had a coupon for cigarettes and the guy said they did the coupon didn't work talk about not even expired this always happens that they need to train their staff they're so rude!!!!

This 7eleven doesn't accept the rewards app. Not worth it.
