WOW!! More than just a convenient location just off the northbound side of the freeway. Days after I forgot my business gas receipt for the use of this conveniently located gas station, they calmly made a great effort to recover a reprint of it. Moreover, the mart is very impressively clean ... and so is the gas station. I filled up my car to reward them and bought a snack as well. I know I could have filled up at the nearby Arco and later bought myself a fine coffee joint treat had I gone there for the amount I paid for the fill-up here, but they deserved my fill-up patronage for their help with my receipt recovery. Thank You. But if you stop here, keep it safe and clean by keeping your mask and gloves on.😷

I normally stop by on the way home from work/school to get snacks. Tonight I went in and the guy behind the counter was sleeping in a chair with his phone in hand. I tried to wake him for about 3 minutes before giving up and leaving without anything.

We stopped last night to get some gas. We didn’t go inside the gas station but we used our cc we spent around $20 for gas and now we see an extra charge of $125 from the same gas station. We called the bank immediately and canceled the card. The bank agent was able to see and confirmed that the charge was done twice from the same institution.

So we never spent $125 and I’m highly suspicious right now to ever go back to that gas station. Did they steal my cc info???

Please be advised and use cash if possible.

I ran out of propane last night and had to have heat as it is unbearably cold. Though all over the web it states they are open 24 hours, from experience I knew they closed at midnight (I’m not sure why this hasn’t been modified, however this isn’t my primary complaint). I arrived at 11:40 pm, carried my two propane tanks over to the refill area, walked in and said I’d like to have some propane. Usually there is a young guy with short dark hair there who is wonderfully helpful and pleasant. NOT THIS TIME. The employee was a man with long light hair in a pony tail I think, probably in his 30s. He was so unnecessarily unpleasant, rude, and refused to give me propane, saying he had things to do before he closed up. It was not yet 15 minutes to midnight, so I said, “You’re still open for a little while.” He became more rude and refused. Whoever this employee is, I would like the owner to know that he is refusing service to regular customers and closing well before he should be. If you’re open and have propane, this is part of the job! That “man” is not by any means a valuable employee. He should not be treating your customers like this and needs to be out of there. I wouldn’t tolerate this from an employee. I’ve been so cold I haven’t slept all night, thanks to that little jerk.

UPDATE:
To the owner, it is refreshing to find a business owner who responds to reviews with promptness and courtesy. I appreciate that very much, thank you. I decided to return for propane the other night. The new guy, Franklin, is the nicest, most wonderful employee! I hope he actually replaced the jerk. Franklin is kind, courteous, helpful and professional— he is the FIRST AND ONLY person to ever offer to carry the two full tanks and load into my truck. This is so thoughtful and almost never happens anymore. He’s a keeper— Love him! Thanks again.

Coming from San Francisco with traffic on Golden Gate, this is the first place for a 77 year old person, for a pee. It is unfortunate that I could not use the facility. Restroom Cosed. Sorry I want stop anymore for gas.
