I get everything I need, and service is very good, some customers abuse and are rude when they order things, and in return they want merchandise for free. The phrase "the customer is always right" it should be "the customer abuse of the rights" if the card doesn't work it could be that you don't have enough money or it's a malfunction of the card reader. Not mentioned the thieves.

Had the goods I needed and service was more than adequate.

Usually is good but lady messed up my order even after repeating it feel like she did it on purpose.

Horrible the cashier that closes thats short chubby super rude just doesnt want to be there beyond petty too seen her go off and be super rude to other people loyal customers for years sad this place will go down with people like that . Lied saying my card wasn’t working when she didn’t want to simply serve me and will definitely contact the owner or hr if I dont see s change.

Hated working here. Don’t recommend it at all. At first things were great then things be mean to be more toxic. Never again shall I come back. Circle K has a better vibe.

One of the worst 7-Eleven I have gone to in the past couple of years. The customer service was rude as the lady didn’t want to scan my rewards when I had purchased over $40 of merchandise. She didn’t want to give my receipt and lied and said nothing was working. Worst place to go, stay away if you have hate bad customer service .

All I gotta say is if you don’t like customer service, you need to quit your job. The big chick that works in the afternoon on Saturday is so rude and lazy it’s embarrassing.

If one of the lady’s Deny you a receipt they are stealing money from you take a picture of the screen because I bought 4 items that came out to 9.93$ and on my bank statement it shows 17.52 they are stealing from the people.

HORRIBLE RUDE & LAZY YOU LOOK ACROSS THE STREET THERES CIRCLE K AND ITS ALWAYS PACKED THAT TELLS SOMETHING.
