I go out of my way to visit this post office location. The employees are knowledgeable, quick and get the job done. There's not a single employee there I don't like and respect. They know what they are doing and don't put up with jerks.

Had a problem getting an ebay customer his package. Local Postal Employee: Ana went above and beyond to get my package delivered. Thanks so much!

Super nice lady who always helps me! Super reasonable prices for shipping packages!! I always come here everyone is super sweet and nice!

I popped in to get my passport, since this was the only spot with a free slot. Managed to whisk up a money order right away for my application. A little tip? Be an early bird for your appointment! The vibes weren't all rainbows and butterflies, but I fluttered through without a hitch!

Always good to come to this location , the staffs are amazing friendly , Jay, Tim and Sandeep all of them are amazing helpful . I love to support this local store . The only manager she wasn’t so friendly .

We Deliver for You - not! I hate to post a bad review because the staff was friendly, courteous, and spent a lot of time looking for my package, but it's lost. It was reported ready for pickup at my P.O. box, but in three trips to the post office no one could find it. I was told to submit a missing mail request online, and spent another half hour filling out all the boxes until the form was happy, clicked Submit, and got an unhelpful error message. So the shipper will have to give me a refund because it won't be worth their time to try to submit a claim. Post office? Pissed office.

THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU SEND ANYTHING. This place couldn't care any less if you get your package. I mailed my sister a wedding gift and it was lost. Post man scans it near his truck and that is supposed to be acceptable for me to know it made it to the right condo. They don't use common sense like amazon and take a picture at the door so there is no question. The $100 insurance is an absolute LIE! Josefina, the manager I guess, has the nerve to say well it is scanned is your word against his. WHAT?? Scanned a couple hundred yards aways tells us both NOTHING! Then she says try to file another claim like the hours Ive spent mean nothing. This place is an absolute disaster. Then corporate asked me via email how the claim went numerous times and they do nothing after numerous complaints. Do yourself a favor and go to UPS and get a signature request if you care about your package getting to where you intended.

The place will ruin your good mood... and any plans of a quick post office errand run.

There is no self-service kiosk, so you can't even help yourself...

Attempted to buy 1 stamp.. charged for a whole sheet.

Attempted to get prepaid label printed. Won't print it unless I buy a roll of tape to close off small portion of my package first. Wanted the label... go home, get tape, and just drop off next time so I don't have to wait... nope.

I saw passport folks just standing and waiting forever.

I could not have left a review, but this place just piss me off and wastes everyone's time.

Just a fyi -i went to a different location; they gave me free tape to close my package and printed my usps prepaid priority label and even said (with priority labels we always give out any bits of tape needed for free at any usps location)

Absolutely awful place to get your passport. They literally have you taking your oath right in the door way. They would not accept my passport photos that were taken at Costco, so another $15. After telling me it would take 12 weeks twice and saying fine, they asked are you sure, we can speed it up for additional fees. No thank you, I already paid $180. They were rude and curt until a tall slender, long haired blond woman walked in with a package and they were all over helping her. It's run down as well. Avoid. Would have given zero stars.

Adding to the rest here to emphasize the constant delay and loss of mail from this particular location. Does the USPS track site specific metrics on mail loss? I have had more mail never show up while living here than all other places I have ever lived combined. (a lot).

We put in a mail forwarding order and have not received our mail in one month!! We get one piece, rarely two three days a week. We are missing all utility bills, most credit card bills and important insurance and Medicare statements! We have complained to Postmaster general who just passed on to station. They keep saying “it takes time.” Ridiculous operation!

There is a carrier at this location that refused to deliver to business sites that are open on the weekend.
I have had two instances where packages where marked delivered and never actually delivered. The packages sat in the post office and were never even delivered. If your delivering to the Corte Madera are use UPS or FEDEX they actually have people sign for ALL packages upon delivery and have offices that are Customer Friendly 7 DAY A WEEK!

I sent a package to Corte Madera June 8. The package has yet to be delivered! They delivered it to a business before the business even opened at 10. I went and scheduled a redelivery. Online it still says redelivery will occur June 11 -- that was 7 days ago. It's sitting their shelf somewhere! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Terrible, terrible experience today with my son's passport renewal application.
It took us 1h and 15 min even though we had an appointment and we had everything filled out and ready.
Will not recommend this location for passport renewals.
