TUMI Store - Corte Madera

Travel with stile! The service at the store is pretty awesome, you will get the best advice, useful suggestions and if anything happens to your luggage, they will do repairs. It says a lot about the pride they take in their products. Contemporary, stylish, durable suitcases are real joy to travel with.

Amazing staff, super nice and very helpful. My new home store, even tho it's much further away than the (sub par) SF store.

Dropped off my suitcase to get a new set of wheels. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the customer service at the Corte Madera store. Kevin was super helpful. It's the kind of service that makes spending more on a product worth it!!

I recently sent 5 pieces in for repair. Customer services was very helpful. I will update this review once I recieve my luggage and briefcases back in repaired condition.

This store has been closed longer than 30 minutes.They need to post the time on when they’re going to return. This is ridiculous it’s the only store that is closed for 30 minutes at the village
