7-Eleven

I am going out of my way to submit a review because I feel its necessary. I went in, it was some-what busy, got a coffee and a couple other things then waited to pay. Cashier was very friendly, and suggested I try/add a muffin to my order. I kindly declined, then he then told me there is a promotion going on so the muffin would be free. He then told me about other flavors available on the other stand. I added a muffin to my order and come to find out, not only was it free, the cost of my order totaled less then if I had NOT purchased the muffin. I got more, for less, and it was all because of him. He didn't have to tell me about the deal & when I had i initally decline, he could have simply said ok. But he didn't, he wanted his customer to get the most out of their visit. Although the store technically made less due to this, I will now go out of my way to come here when choosing a convienence store, because its not always just about convenience.

Never have an issue here. I come here almost every other day to pick up something like coffee or gatorade.

Best 7-Eleven on the North Shore. Best & friendliest staff, always fresh & clean

Try to stay away from 7-Eleven because it funds Isis but where else you can u get beer at night

Their soda and slushy machine should be updated and clean more often.

The employee is sitting in the little side room while the customers are standing on line waiting to make a purchase. He was on a website looking at stuff. Told 5 times by different customers to please help them. Came walking out with an attitude after about 5 minutes and said “this is why I hate Americans”. He was a young Indian man in his 20s just in case owner wants to do something about it. No wonder why they have such a low rating.

The worst 7 Eleven in NY State! Threatened to call the police on me because I used mobile checkout which they said was not working. Over a $2 coffee. Customer is always wrong at this store.

Unprofessional service. They are rude and inconsiderate to customers. They don’t let you redeem points. Barely want to scan your barcode and are rude and tell you you can’t use your points. Which is not true ! I don’t know why they give people a hard time. The sales cashier is very discriminatory I believe his name is Salem I been having a bad experience with him for about 5 years and it’s just ridiculous how nasty he is. I’ve been denied many things that I now realize were all just out of him being a unprofessional worker. It’s sad that I’ve been experiencing this for so long and have also seen it happen to others.

the manager or owner of 7/11 is a rude angry person and speaks badly to employees and customers that person should not be in charge of a business I am parked in the fedex truck and he told me to move to out there are already 2 times that he speaks badly to me that animal with heavy clothes of meat with an eye has no education

It was 3:15 am and I stopped in to purchase a drink and a snack I am a uniformed state employee and politely asked to use the restroom. The clerk denied my request. I told him that I understood but I am an employee in uniform and not a vagrant. He said no and that he got in trouble before by letting someone use the bathroom. He said that he won't even let cops use the restroom. I highly doubt that and I believe that he may have had a discriminatory reason for denying my request

I came here looking to buy some milk. The employees said that their milk is fresh....But it was not fresh farmed raised milk. I need my milk to be organic.

Employees are very disrespectful as well. The milk Is imported from Detriot, it is not fresh locally sourced milk.

I also found a pack of Turkey legs in the parking lot, just laying there. I brought them home and cooked them.

This 7-11 should be turned into a Cheesecake Factory, we needs one.

I spent money didn’t let me use the toilet

Returned to this location. Customer service was okay. But for some reason rewards do not register to redeem on there registers. They still are denying rewards after you have clicked to redeem. I don’t know if there system is slow but they need to fix it.

Guy behind the counter kept me waiting while he was busy scanning in scratch off tickets.he looked at me and continued to scan scratch off tickets. EVENTUALLY he ever so slowly rang up my order. I played, took my UNBAGGED ITEMS and left. He is the same way when ever I have the displeasure of dealing with him. Next time I see him at the register i will leave my stuff on the counter and leave! There is another 7 eleven a few blocks away.
