Lula's Chocolates

Located in Ryan Ranch. A hidden gem that really doesn't have a visible storefront. It's where Lula's chocolate is made. Wouldn't have known it's even open to the consumer. Looks closed but just open the door. Once inside you'll have access to an assortment of decadent goodies for sale.

What an awesome experience! The tour was so much fun! I took my one year old and it was awesome to see the process of how these delicious chocolates are made. You get a discount on the chocolates too if you do a tour and I even got to make a custom box. Would definitely recommend a visit their chocolates are soooo worth it!

Lula's is a local family business success story. The variety and quality of the chocolates is quite high. I have worked with them for individual purchases and large orders for 50+ people in my organization. Whether it's for small orders or group events, Lula's is a great place for high quality chocolates.

High quality chocolate, reasonable prices. They give tours that are lovely and accommodating (I've done four!). I love this place for gifts and treating myself and my family. I've tried almost everything and loved it all except the hot cocoa, which didn't melt easily for me. The salted caramels are my favorite, and the rocky road is a close second.

Delicious chocolates are a great gift. Helpful staff my first time there I was in a rush as it was closing time on a Friday and they helped me find the best truffles for my wife. Now we have to have some always on hand.

This is a great place to learn about and enjoy chocolate and related confections. They even make their own marshmallow. I have never seen an 8 ft sheet of marshmallow...amazing! The staf is always happy to show you the factory and the treats are the best. A must see if you are in the area.

Found their shop in Carmel to be Devine! Never really cared for rocky road before until now!

Dark sea salt was also very good. Surprisingly the licorice caramels were also great!

Fantastic tour for our little kids. They even made special arrangements to accommodate our travel schedule back home to Canada. Family run business that is second to none. Amazing chocolatier that uses Grandma Lula's homemade recipes without sacrificing quality to mass produce.

Great presentation of products inside their store. Lady at the front counter was extremely helpful in giving my wife and I different ideas for a gift we were trying to put together. Would highly recommend their friendly service and great product. I wish more places were this friendly in Carmel.

We absolutely love these chocolates. We have tried both truffles and mixed chocolates, turtles and Gigi's carmel. They are rich and delicious. Be careful, because when you open a box they will disappear, as you will want to eat them all in one sitting. Remember to pace your self. You will not be disappointed.

😋 yum, special chocolate marshmallow gifts, delicious treats, small & large boxes, salted, dark, milk, seasonal 🍫 chocolates that I personally enjoy giving. The service is always pleasant & accommodating if possible. Such a small place that puts out such GREAT stuff.

Great customer service. No company has ever called me before, to verify order information because they thought there could be an error. But these people did. They saved me a huge hassle and $$. I always loved them but now I love them more.

Highly recommend stopping by if your up at the Ryan Ranch complex. Literally if you have 5min its worth it to stop by. Dont snear at the discount pile either

We ordered the small boxes as wedding favors for our guests, and the boxes were beautiful, they matched our spring colors perfectly. Guests really appreciated the delicious chocolates at our wedding, and the staff was easy to work with.

I just went to the new location in Santa Clara before work. This Sea Salt assortment box was $26 for 18 pieces, and it was worth it! The candy doesn't burn your throat like over sugared junk.

Great tour. Super nice staff with an interesting history. Rocky road was amazing. On the expensive side, but worth it for a special treat.
