I have called them to pick up my oxygen supplies 5 different times. They make a date and never show up. Everything got mixed up and when they finally showed up I ended up with a delivery bill for the equipment. Thank goodness there was a customercare online address and my frustrations were settled. So much better than calling the apria phone number. Thank you Apria.

Excellent APAP machine. It is super quiet and I have had NO issues since day #1. The mask is soft and easy to wear with the headgear and sometimes it feels like I have nothing over my mouth. Breathing is very easy. Apria is a great company to work with as well. They followed up to make sure I received my machine and that I had everything I needed. Thanks Apria!

I must say, compared to the other company I've made attempts to deal with this one is by far superior. This location has answered any questions I've had for my CPAP and my billing concerns.
My main gripe is the continuous robo calls to remind me to reorder. This week my voice mail was filled with apria and my car warranty expiring!(50/50) That's nothing against this location, more of a company thing.

Called to get a replacement pump. Great phone service. I was able to go over to the service center and pick a new one up. Only problem was I had to knock on door as it was locked during business hours. Someone came immediately and helped me.

Local office hold times take a while but usually get through except for recent holiday. Understandable. Worked through sme mask issues and hope to respond well to treatment.

Talk about fast and thorough!! Came in and set up everything explained very clearly and we’re very friendly and cheerful!!
