The employee at store 324 that just helped me was incredibly helpful in the middle of the night kudos to him. I did not catch his name but he has longish brown hair and very good demeanor. I see the reviews for the store at two stars so he probably won’t stay at this Walgreens long. The good ones always move on.

Mirabelle at the pharmacy is efficient, caring and capable. She went out of her way to help me obtain out of stock medication on short notice. Thanks!

Wanted to take a moment, and thank Nicole in the pharmacy for being so amazing. I have been coming here for years upon years, and I’m not a very easy person to please, but she always manages to put a smile on my face. Even when I know they’re overwhelmed. Nichole should probably be the president of pharmaceutical services at Walgreens, so if anyone could put in a good word…

John the manager here is awesome! Customer service is second to none.

Elie who works in the glasses (for eyes) department is amazing. He has fixed my glasses twice, once when i rolled on them on the couch and another time when an entire screw was missing. Both time he didn't charge me for the fix, performed the tasks incredibly fast, and even cleaned the glasses before handing them back. I genuinely feel like i get new glasses every time I leave. This is my go to glasses guy , i highly recommend him.

The wait can be slow here but that’s not the fault of the pharmacists. This is Glen Ellyn, where every person over the age of 60 needs to spend twenty minutes in line asking questions that should be asked to a doctor, not Walgreens staff. At peak times, the drive thru literally sits still because one person won’t leave the window and keeps asking questions. My interactions with the staff are all pleasant, and they have a good selection of products at this location. Also, the fact that it’s a 24 hour location is a huge plus, as many things in the area close by 9.

I enjoy shopping at this Walgreens. They always add a cashier when the line is getting long and employees are quick to offer help if you need it. I like how the aisles are arranged so that you can see part of them as you walk. Also appreciate the extra lighting in the cosmetics section so we can clearly identify colors. Also like how the heavy water bottles are stacked at the front of the store so there is no needless lugging around. This store was definitely designed with women's needs in mind.

The people who work in the pharmacy at this 24 hour Walgreens are the nicest, most courteous, most professional staff you could ever find. I am so very grateful for all that they do to help my family and I.

As far as Walgreens go I use this one. I am satisfied. It does take a long time to fill- and at times they tell me they may not have my sons prescription we get monthly! Which is annoying but it’s my fav spot I have found per my surrounding area and close to my home.

Went in looking for a certain flavor of Arizona. It looked like they were all out, but the worker actually went in the back and brought out a ton of them for us. Excellent service (and everyone was wearing a mask). Thank you!

Denine was very helpful. I've wanted to update my account with my current email address for years and she effortlessly did it for me. Glad she offered to do it or else I would have never done it.

Maribel.A is the best senior pharmacist technician, she knows more than assistant manager. Very friendly and nice.

Walgreens of Glen Ellyn is noted for SERVICE to customers. For anything you might want from a Drug Store, this is the place to shop.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Store is always clean and stocked with weekly AD items.

Never had a problem with Walgreens a great store to shop at.

Always has what I need, from birthday cards to medication. Friendly staff, although some of them could work on efficiency.
