AT&T Store

Enock should be the guy that trains EVERY ATT phone support rep. This guy handled my requests in store with a speed and accuracy that I have not experienced from ATT in the last 9 years I've been dealing with them. After getting help from Enock, I can now say I will probably never call ATT for anything and just go to this store for help. What has been 1.5-2 hours in the past, he did in less than 30 minutes (and that's cause he had to call in himself for approvals).
Google reviews should have a 6 star option for people like him.

Lee helped my wife and I set up a new account and he made sure we got the best deal for us. Overall a great store and very helpful employees. Highly recommended!

Mai- was the gentleman that helped me and was very patient in assisting to transfer 2 phones and a trade in offer. He insured everything was working correctly and helped me get the new phone up and running properly! Highly recommend this store and the sales rep Mai. They always have a good stock of the latest iPhones in any color.

The young man receiving us is so nice and efficient even if he knew we were there to unlock two phones. I first went to the Woodbury store and was told they could not do it. Appreciate his help so much and wish him and the store the best business.

Charles Yang is very helpful. He works very hard. Every time I go to store, he always gives me a warm welcome and helps me with my questions. I got my family plan, internet and Tv from him. Nice guy!
