I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this location. First my passport picture and the help I got with the photo machine. Today I have to thank CODY for his patience and great care he took to help me once again at the machine and transfer CD photos and videos to a flash drive . YAY!! SUCESS and GREAT customer service. Shout out to CODY!!! Thanks for your help.

Just good

I went a pharmacy but they were unable to fill my prescription. I called this pharmacy they have transferred my prescription an fill it within 20 min.
The pharmacist and staff were answered all my question and it was very understandable.

Sandie was great. Amazing customer service and store knowledgeable, made my trip so easy.

I've been using this Pharmacy for 6 months, and they generally have been good - until recently, when a routine refill of an acid reflux got held up, again. My current bottle says "0" refills, but the app shows a new order (leading me to think CVS contacted my Dr for a new script), yet the app further says, "on hold." Then in multiple calls to this pharmacy & CVS corporate, this 24-hr pharmacy does not answer its phone, and several calls to CVS corporate went to the abyss. When I finally did get a CVS corporate rep, she encountered the same issue with this Alton Pky CVS not answering its phone. This was Saturday about 9am 10.22.22.

This was a preventable series of errors. I did later speak to the pharmacy manager, and she has promised to personally address any problems that arise there if I telephone her. We've spoken a couple times since, and problems with refills & the CVS app have improved.

Friendly and courteous employees

I used automated system to refill prescription for my daughters rescue medicine for asthma and it said it would be ready the next day after noon. I went in a 7pm and was told sorry insurance didn't cover it for another 2 days, so they didn't fill it. I said can I use discount card (GoodRx)? and of course "our system is down for discount cards" which sounded a lot like "we don't get reimbursed as much for that, so no you can't use that", BUT you could pay 8x as much in cash. $$. Without much recourse for an essential medication, I said I'd pay cash. OK come back in 10 min. I came back in 20 min to be sure they had enough time and instead of being able to just pick it up, then had to go to the back of a long line and wait another 10 minutes! Ultimately I think insurance is to blame for almost all of the issues, but the pharmacist was cold and not apologetic for the illogical and inconvenient process.

Mixed Experience at the Pharmacy:
I recently visited the pharmacy, and while I can't generalize about all the staff, I must express my concern about the level of customer service provided by some workers. Unfortunately, my experience included encounters with individuals who were notably rude and seemed to lack the necessary knowledge and disorganized. My advice would be for staff to avoid bringing personal problems and bad attitudes to the workplace. I hope some changes happen here. It used to be a great pharmacy.
