Cathy Grimes has assisted me in resolving issues that came up with our purchase. It involved cancellation, purchases, credit card adjustments, delivery schedules changes, and more. She was very pleasant and cares about Home Depot clients. Lastly, her professionalism was exceptional.

This Home Depot Super Store has everything needed for household hardwares & tools. The staffs in this store are friendly and knowledgeable. Every season they have massive decoration items, now they have many unique Halloween decorations in display.....

I walked in the store looking for a shower faucet set. I was really confused and overwhelmed with the large selection of many items. I needed a set of faucet for a stand in shower but i was confused to find that the set that i liked had a spout for a tub i thought this wouldn't work 🤔 A Home Depot employee Ehab noticed that i needed help and proceeded to ask me some questions. He then directed me to the right selection of faucets. He then explained that i can still use the set that i initially liked and not have to use the tub spout. The tub spout can be closed shut at the valve. Ehab was knowledgeable , helpful, and professional. This made my trip much easier and much less stressful. I ended up buying the faucet set. I can't wait for it to be installed.

Well at first i’d complain about the wait but im understanding and aware it gets busy so i can just be patient.

My real review is a shout out to john.
I was waiting for wood for about half an hour.
I saw john in the back left and i became ready for a cut on the wood i selected but john had to get the forklift for someone and drive it.
He literally was non stop busy.
Someone came up to him and kept asking if he got his review about him but john gave no care for it. He already was assisting me and was just focused on working, told the customer politely to confirm with service.
This man worked through and assisted to cut my wood slant and came there to WORK.
Just impressed by his dedication and determination.
Other than this, he asked to help him carry my wood out the way. He said thank you and i appreciated the decency to say thanks and be helpful. Someone else needs to be certified or also assist. No excuse for low staff. john looked more busy than cashiers and managers combined.

It doesn't surprise me that each Home Depot would rate differently. Definitely the people who work there (or lack of people) affects your rating. The one I went to is in Anaheim Hills and it's large and staffed accordingly.

This store is HUGE. I heard it was one of the largest in the nation. The selection at this Home Depot is awesome. There is a large display of kitchen and bathroom ideas set up to look at.

This HD actually wants/likes to help you. They take the time to help you find what you need, find alternative Solutions, and map everything out. Sabino, my boy, gracias por ayudarme con mi válvula de ducha chingas. If any of you got a plumbing issue, look for this guy.

Hi guys, I have never been to this store OMG Super Home Depot I found everything but one PVC fitting I upgraded Irrigation Valve assembly and shutoff valve l did another job Customer Satisfaction. Johnny

We love a good Home Depot Super Store! They usually have about everything you might need at this location.

One of the best places that I usually go to and I'm happy that this store exists near me! It's super huge and surprisingly very organized and clean, I usually find what I want with extra options as well.. the garden is so big, and they have many assembled patio furniture for you to see and choose easily. Staff are very friendly and helpful as well.

It's Home Depot what more can I say. Love it.

I bought an already made window screen & wall air conditioner.
The adjustable screen fits beautifully above the ac unit. When the temp goes up, so does a plywood piece I had cut at Home Depot. I switch out conveniently

Awesome Home Depot super clean a lot of items in stock great. isles are spacious and not to much stuff thru the store that blocks your way or make it bad for ADA Access. Like other franchise stores.

Huge store!

Hope the management sees this. Yorba Linda location. I needed help and asked Troy to get me some spray paint way down the other end of the store. He headed to isle 22 to retrieve the paint and met me at the register in the garden department. Yes I'm handicapped. Troy was very polite as well. He certainly deserves his picture on the wall of fame!

I ended up not purchasing anything because I was there looking for a range hood and their inventory was scarce. However, I was taken by the amount, sizes, and health of their indoor plants. My goodness, it took my ALL to not purchase anything, but I was on a mission to find that range hood. Even though I didn't have any interaction with the employees, I did experience watching them help others and they seemed friendly and helpful. If I didn't live so far, this would be my preferred Home Depot.

This place is pretty good. Parking is kinda tight when the left side is closed.

Gotta get a bucket everytime...
