Wow. This store is BEAUTIFUL. It's full of everything you don't really need, but truly want. So many great planners, and notebooks, pens/pencils, and everything else in between. I even said to the friendly staff behind the counter that I don't need anything I'm buying, and they agreed that most people who purchase from them don't, lol.

The store is near the Target end of Irvine Spectrum and you must make an effort to go look in there if you're a lover of all things pretty and stationery. It's just gorgeous and well laid out and the staff are helpful too. Pricing is maybe a little up there, but it's all good quality and it's definitely a favourite store of mine now and can't wait to go back again soon.

Smaller than their Hawthorne store but relaxingly organized nonetheless!! 😍 Staff was super helpful (wish I would have gotten her name)! I loved walking around and looking at all the cute organizational stuff (and trying not to spend all my money). I took advantage of their BOGO sale- didn't want to spend money on shipping when I can walk in to the store. Unfortunately they did not have all the items that I wanted that they have online (that Eucalyptus Snap In 😭😭). I wish they had a ship-to-store/pick-up in store option now that they have actual stores and one is close by me!

I’m a person who prefers to shop in store and touch the product, so having a store near me is great, but the team at this location makes the trip exceptionally worthwhile! On several occasions I’ve worked with Bella and when I see that shes working, I know that I’m going to have a great experience.

I have severe anxiety, especially when it comes to making big decisions. There is something about the commitment of a planner or a journal that scares me, and I’ve been this way since I was little. I’ve never been good at things like this. The first time I was at this location back in November, I had a panic attack and left crying. When I came back the following week, the team (which included Bella) remembered my struggle and helped me find exactly what I needed, and I’ve stuck to my Daily Duo ever since! I keep coming back to buy more fun accessories (that I never need but always want).

I just want whoever is thinking about visiting this store to know that you’re in great hands. The store, the team, and the brand is awesome. They might not remember their experience with me, but I sure remember my experience with them. Great job Erin Condren Irvine Spectrum! You’ve made a customer for life out of me :)

I LOVE this store!!!! Paper planning is my language and it's so nice to have the people working there that feel the same. I had an issue with an online order for a custom cover and even though they couldn't do a reprint in the store to fix it they totally went through the entire process for me to get a new sent out to me.

Marisa Morales definitely took her time to show me what exactly I was looking for. She was patient, sweet, & knowledgeable in the product & helped get the exact planner I need for my life tasks. Definitely love this store.

Cute shop inside Spectrum mall. Incredibly helpful staff that curate a seamless experience among their endless customizable options of stationary and organizational products.

LOVE the store!!! always loved their products and was so excited when the store opened near me. everyone is super nice at the store and love going there!

Best place for personal organization.

Small store, somewhat limited merchandise, but fun to customize. I was surprised to hear that they can personalize journals in store.

Just went to look around, and I'm surprised at all the options they have for planners, pre planned, or even just plain ones.

Ths stock levels weren't the best the things they had on display for the star wars collection didn't seem to be in stock

Erin Condren make ok planners but definitely not for the price and for the trouble you have to go through. I was editing a cover page that took such a long time to perfect all the 8+ photos that were added, for all of it to be deleted when going to check out! I messaged them and they were no help. I I do not recommend going to the trouble and spending all this money on a planner you can get elsewhere for cheaper.
