First time ordering a cake here and they made it exactly how I imagined! So Beautiful for my little girl! She loved it! 💕🌹 I stopped in again for a cake for my son. We grabbed an Oreo one pre-made, so we asked for a Happy Birthday sign and said my son was a Raiders fan so the guy working went to the back worked his magic and came out with a Raiders Football decorated cake for my son! It was so nice! My son was happy and so was I!🏈🏴‍☠ Thanks so much! 🥰

First time shopping here since we moved. Loaded up 2 carts and when we went at 10 pm with 1 line open they reacted quickly to opening up a second line for other customers. The cashier was quick and even asked if we needed any items not bagged. Everything we went for was in stock. So far so good.

Pretty good store, clean and stock up pretty well. The only stater brothers market i know that carry my Opal apples, they are really very sweet. Some of the workers there are kind of friendly some of them speak and everything witch makes me feel good .The store is located in a nice area.

I wish we had one of these stores closer to where we live in East County San Diego!! A very nice, well organized store, covid safety & sanitation protocol in place, even the restroom was very clean. I quickly went to my favorite 'seafood & meats" department and checked out what I'm making for dinner. Salmon looked good and fresh which is definitely my pick. And saw their veggies which looked so fresh. I walked out with a bagful of not just the dinner picking but everything else - wine & dessert!

I shop here often and I can say this stater bros is one of my favorite locations to shop at. I thought I previously posted a review so I'll just retell my experiences.

One day I shopped at both the perris and menifee locations on the same day while running errands. The perris store undoubtedly had better experiences workers, the menifee store workers were bumbling and the managers allowed them to have piercings and acne. Sorry but not sorry, menifee.

I like how the perris store decorates every season throughout the year. They go all out! Not to mention the little perris letters on top of the refrigerator, it makes the store feel more personalized and less corporate. Menifee's sorry excuse for decoration was one little corner of the store.

There is a guy at the perris store that is always stocking fresh fruit and Im delighted to see him everytime I go. I dont talk to him though, so I dont know his name.

Whatever the store manager is doing, keep doing it.

What I loved about Perris Stater Brothers is Steve Astorga was willing to let me display a literature cart that contained Bible based literature in front of the store. Unfortunately I was not able to set the display up because of unforseen circumstances. But that was very kind of him to be willing to assist me in that matter.

This was a very clean grocery store, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my second visit to this grocery store, they had everything I needed and more, I only wish the store stocked more "lime chili shrimp ". This seems to be a fast moving item, my first visit was very sad because there were no lime chili shrimp on the shelves. Thank you Stater Bros, a satisfied customer !!!

Everything is expensive especially the meat but I can say it is worth every penny. I once had a snobby girl give me an attitude but I haven't seen her in years so I will be returning.

I love the quality of their meat and their produce most of all. They may not be the cheapest but better quality!

Edit: 11/28/23 I absolutely needed to update my review. I have consistently been having amazing visits at my neighborhood Staters. Amy in the butcher department always has the best customer service. She truly has made a huge posiitive difference in that department. Ever since she started working here, I now can say i love coming to my neighborhood stater bros. Her customer service is nothing short of steller. She is so kind, so sweet, and always professional. She goes over and beyond to make sure customers are happy. I love seeing her smiling face. She makes my day every time I see her. I have changed my 1 star, that I gave 3 years ago, to a 5 star because of Amy. I would love it if someone in management can let her know we think she's amazing and doing an outstanding job! Thank you Amy!!!💕

3 yrs ago: This is my neighborhood location and I have to drive out of this city to get treated decently and to get fresh food. Let's talk about customer service, there is none here, the butcher department is rude, the deli department is rude, the cashiers are rude and most of all the managers are the worst. I try at all cost to avoid coming here but sometimes it's all about convenience. So I get in and get out. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Edit: 9/27/20 went in today and had a second situation happen with the manager of the butcher department named Cevi. The first time I didn't get his name but this time it was so bad , I had to get his name and his title.i was EXTREMELY surprised that he is the manager of that department. No one should be in a management position if they treat customers the way he treated me.
Stator Brothers he needs extensive customer service training. Today he made me feel discriminated against. No one should ever feel this way coming into an establishment. After the way he treated me, the other employees and another customer apologized for him. I went to the front to speak with the store manager, Eddie the assistant manager came to talk with me and when I explained to him what happened, he was no help and tried to minimize the way I was treated. I will be calling the corporate number as I was advised the first time I left a negative review, hopefully this will not happen to me or no one else.

Seems to be the only clean grocery store in Perris. And the best meat in grocery stores anymore.

I love stater bros. I can't walk so when I pull in I wait to see one of the employees retrieving their carts(which fortunately their always coming out to gather carts more than any other store) which has never been more than a few minutes. I call out and they always respond. I tell them I can't walk and they always offer to go back in and get an electric cart for me and back it up to my door so I can easily slide from my seat to the carts seat. So I've made thus my store and their starting to recognize me when I drive up and immediately go in and bring me a cart. I'm so grateful for their compassion and thank you fir making my life just a lil easier. Many times disabled are over looked or it's like we just don't count, but at star bros, we count and feel special. Thank you!!

Good experience, they had what I needed. Oh yes can't for get the nice selection of alcohol (beer) .. . Will go back .. gave them 5 stars .it's because of the customer and fresh platters of fresh veggies. Perfect for a something for a party ..

I truly prefer this location in Perris. The produce always fresh, large selection of wine. Most importantly, they a large area with fresh flowers and plants. Not to mention. It is very clean.

Was looking for edible cookie dough and the deli ma'am was really nice and walked to the cookie dough, she could tell I was lost haha very clean and also a nice atmosphere .

This store has awesome customer service and is up to date on holidays like mothers day. It is a great store if you need a last minute gift.

Omg. Words cannot describe how fantastic the bakery guy is. He has by far the best customer service I have ever encountered. He caught a detail that looked wrong on my order or didn’t fit and called to be sure. He was right. It didn’t fit with what I wanted. This is the second time he has helped me. And both times he has exceeded my expectations.

Best shopping trip in awhile. Everyone, staff and customers were in such good moods - helpful and friendly. Shelves, with exception of wet cat food, were well stocked and cashier lines moved quickly.
I really enjoy this store.
