Ordered a 1/4 sheet birthday cake for my son. In the past we used to get cakes at the Latino chain. Albertsons bakery personell were very friendly. The cake was delicious and from now on we will be using the Lake Elsinore Albertsons for all of our bakery needs. Good job guys/gals!!

This Albertsons/Savon Pharmacy is one of my favorite stores to shop. They have a wide variety of things to buy and you can find many great items in the clearance rack towards the back of the store (by the dairy products).
I also like how their employees treat you. They are very friendly and knowledgeable! 👍👍

Ordered a cake for my daughters 4th bday and received the most amazing cake I've had ever! Delicious, so pretty the perfect cake we could have asked for and such a reasonable price!!! Top notch bakery team! Thank u so much!!🙏

I like to stop here before I put the boat or jet skis on the water and get my coffee from the Starbucks and my ice, water,sodas, and the fried chicken and Sweet Kings Hawaiian Rolls is 🔥then hit Lake Elsinore.

I shop here often, It's always a welcome experience. You can get in and out fast if you are in a hurry. But I encourage you to enjoy the fullest possible experience. Have your shopping list ready, stop in at Starbucks inside of the Albertsons itself, and have a sip while you shop. It's a great experience early on a weekend or just after you drop the kids off at school during the week. The staff are helpful, and they do their best to be welcoming with everyone. Also, there is a dmv renewal machine inside, a nice little touch that is often times overlooked and welcome.

Love this store. One night when I was finished grocery shopping I locked my keys in my trunk. My phone was also locked in my car. The manager Terry went above and beyond to help me . They were about to close. She allowed me to stay inside after closing to wait for a locksmith. Everyone was so helpful.

We went to another store to get a birthday cake made and they said that couldn't do it. I went to Albertsons and they were more than helpful and the cake came out perfectly. I'm am more than happy with them . Great job Albertsons bakery.i was going to even give that laby a tip, but could not find her. Great experience. Happy days.

This market is my favorite place in Lake Elsinore. I love the fresh bread from the bakery, the delicious fruit and veggies that are available, and the friendly Starbucks Baristas. Thank you. I can get my groceries, get some fresh flowers, take care of business at the bank, and get a Starbucks treat all in one place. ❤

I didn’t think I would ever write a review for a grocery store but I had to say something about this experience I had. My boyfriend and I went to buy some deli meat, cheese and pasta salad from the deli section. I gave this young guy the first part of my order, a pound and a half of turkey meat. He cut the entire thing without asking how thick and so when he put the bag of meat in the counter I cringed seeing thick, super thick, pieces of meat! My boyfriend told me to leave it alone, even though I wasn’t happy. I like my turkey meat to be very thin! Then he scooped the pasta salad and walked away to help another customer. He eventually came back so I told him I wanted a quarter pound of cheese. He must have thought someone else was going to get the cheese for me and he walked away again. The woman behind the counter called him back over for my order. My boyfriend asked to see how thick. It was thicker than the meat! When he was done he had cut half a pound and said “oh you wanted three quarters of a pound.” No! He then pulls cheese slices right from the bag shows me the quarter pound. My boyfriend said we’ll just take the half pound. He shoved it back in. Later I found out at home that most of the cheese was broken and in a pile that would break apart when you tried to pull a slice off. (The young guy is not the reason for the 5 stars!!! He wouldn’t have gotten any stars!) After we were done the woman, Dawn, apologized. She was so nice and helpful. She ended up recutting the meat for us and asked how thick. We left happy knowing that Dawn cared enough to make sure we were happy! And today I went back and told her about the mess of cheese I got. Again she apologized. Every time I’ve been there they have always asked how thick and paid great attention to packing the cheese so they are easy to pull apart. Dawn took my new order and did just that! Thank you Dawn for saving the day!

Attentive and friendly associates. Tanner specifically provided great customer service and was attentive during my recent visit. He saw me looking for a checkout lane as I didn't see any open and called me over and opened a lane.

He was very personable and upbeat the entire checkout whereas i've had other encounters at other stores where the associates don't want to talk to you or obviously show they don't want to be at work.

Great customer services creates loyal shoppers. It's too bad the customer surveys were taken away, great work ethic should be rewarded/praised.

Terri, Albert, Eric, and Emily are all very upbeat and friendly as well and provide good customer service. 🙂

Albertsons is the best grocery store! I save so much money shopping, using
their APP, 'Fab 5' in store discount, Mix & Match, Manager's Specials (discounts),etc. They have variety, & such *Fresh Produce! (I can't stand it when I go to pick out fruit & veggies, & they're all wilted, & bruised at other places). The Meat Counter is Great. When you walk up to it, there are no 'oders'..Just fresh meat, & service with a smile. The most important reason besides the savings, is the Customer Service. In my opinion, you will not find better service anywhere else.
Caring, Friendly, Helpful, Well-Trained, Knowledgeable staff.

The prices are so high i cant afford to buy what i use too!! The Tritip was a good price today

This location is clean and the staff there is friendly, including the security officer.
They seem to always have what I am looking for. Only negative is a few times I purchased string cheese from there...it was green and bad before the expiration date. Not holding that against their rating, most likely the manufactory.

To give 5 stars. Some one has to do something special. now you want a clean organized store..well its clean its organized. Nothing worse then looking for something and wondering why, you have to waste time to find it. We work hard and we know what we want and like. This Albertsons is a 5 star. Everyone is busy working. Seems they take pride. I like that... I had 4 different associates ask me how I was doing. That was nice and rare. Today we have have covid. Who knows about tomorrow. This store doing it today. What bothered me, was the cashier was more busy talking with bagger boy. Yes shes young and hes good looking. I totally get it. All is forgiven. What blew me away, store manager saw a situation we were having and helped bagged. Wow that was outstanding
Believe me his store Is a example of him. I thanked him. Although he was more focused on a minor issue I was having. That's a awesome store manager. He has the weight of this store on his shoulders. People check this guy out and his store. Hes doing it. Anyways I Iwas leaving this cashier gave me a Disney pop it. With my receipt. Lol..I left smiling. By the way that bagger got shood away. Guess I'm not the only person that can see a problem. Anyways there alot of competition...and that store has my vote. Good job you guys!!! Thks for a great experience. I'm just a outlaw...next time I'll check your bathrooms. That's were you really know you got a special place. People come people go. TODAY THIS ALBERTSONS IS KILLING IT.!

Went there late at night to get some grocery’s and it was a very good amount of stuff and the staff was visibly tired which I understand as I work the same kind of things and know what it’s like to close. Not a lot of crew members but the crew was still very helpful and always is. The Cashier Emily R. Took my order and she was quiet but very polite and friendly and was so nice to go above and beyond to still pack my groceries in bags and organize it so all of my stuff was easily sorted at home. I wanted to give her a good tip but they are I guess not allowed to take them. She deserves more hours or pay or at least the crew needs to get tips when offers because that kind of service is seldom found these days. Amazing Job, don’t work too hard!! Tip workers if you have the chance. Life is hard right now for everyone!!!

Just like any Friday here in Lake Elsinore! There's a bit more people getting there shopping done. More people more time and this visit was expedient and smooth! Good job Albertson's! Staff members have all earned this rating....Thank you.
