Juan was so attentive and helpful with my request. I am from out of town and couldn’t attend my aunts funeral today. He assured me they would make a beautiful arrangements, deliver and sent me photos of the arrangements. I specified the flowers and colors of the arrangements and also text Juan with a personal message to my aunt and my sympathy’s to my NJ family which was delivered with the arrangements. Juan is beyond gifted, gracious, and professional! I cannot get over how easy the process was of ordering a very customized funeral floral arrangement over the phone. Juan was patient, understanding, and stayed in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. The flowers were gorgeous, fresh, and better than I could've ever imagined! I have been to Tramonti Flowers on three different occasions and each time the flower arrangement he creates looks completely different and no matter what I have envisioned in my head he always exceeds my expectations with the finished product. My boyfriend and I went inside this gorgeous gorgeous flower shop!! We were greeted and handled with so much care, I’m usually very indecisive but i was amazed by how beautiful these flowers were also they lasted way longer then expected. We also bought two house plants that I love so much. I’m going back to pick up something for Valentine’s Day and I have no doubt in my mind that I won’t be astonished, the process through the phone was quick and simple I really cannot wait, this is my favorite place!!

I’d seen the flower shop over the summer with flower displays outside. Promised myself I’d come back. So happy I did. Birthday treat for self. I’m really excited to get another bouquet of flowers from this florist. And the owner pinned a special message and threw in a pink flower too!

When I tell you this made my absolute day and it also made my mother’s night for her birthday. Besides these flowers, being absolutely beautiful… Exceeding all my expectations, the customer service that I received, while placing my order, waiting to receive my order and even after my order Was honestly beyond me.
