Walgreens

Me and my family have been coming here for at least 15 years, and have never had any issues with the store directly. I've always exclusively used this location for my pharmacy, and they've always been very kind and helpful.

I have a controlled substance prescription, so I have to physically talk to someone each time for a refill. They've NEVER been anything but kind and would always let me know if they were out of stock, when they would get more in, and even offered to send me elsewhere if I couldn't wait. I'm sad this location has now closed, I will miss a big part of my childhood, and a staple business in Citrus Heights.

The pharmacy staff is amazing and they put up with so much stuff with customers who are rude and mad over something that is not because of the staff's fault. If you don't get a text alert that your script is ready why come in and then be upset that it's not ready? It's not like the staff is purposely screwing you over and want you to come in yelling and screaming! Pharmacy staff are overworked and understaffed and you should be happy that anyone is there to help YOU!

Jason, who works in the pharmacy helped us find exactly what we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we found the right Benadryl cream! People like Jason need to be recognized for helping! Thanks Jason!

I went to this Walgreens tonight to see if they had any Easter squishmallows out yet. Unfortunately, they didn’t so my fiancé and I grabbed some other stuff and went to check out. I got up the courage to ask the cashier Denise if she knew when they would be putting them out. She told me either later tonight or tomorrow and then said she could go look in the back for me if I was looking for a specific one. I told her which one I was looking for and she grabbed it for me!! She was very nice and helpful and even looked through multiple boxes to see if I wanted any others!! She’s an awesome employee for taking time to do this for me!! :)

I use the Walgreens app integrated with Rakuten and Honey for the best deals.

Photos are a breezily edited and compiled the way I like with the Walgreens app or website.

I love how I may order from online anywhere and pay in store with all the coupons attatched for major savings.

Absolutely appreciate the friendly and helpful staff at this location.

Never had an issue at Walgreens on the corner of Sunrise and Greenback.

Delighted to return there today for a memory book of photos and a birthday custome photo banner creation.

Inexpensive quality service at this Walgreens with a user friendly focus on customer convenience.
