Stopped by to grab some food and snacks on my way home from San Bernardino, and I was really impressed at the professional attitude and kindness that Marlene showed my bro and I. She definitely deserves a shout out! Thank you Marlene! 5 stars!!! By the way, the store was very clean and fresh!

I go there to get my gas and sometimes get a Coke and the staff is absolutely fabulous so friendly so nice so helpful overall pretty quick I get in and out very happy with the clients. And so are so many others because it's always busy I like their car wash to it does a great job when you just want the outside done.

Kind of terse and unhelpful in even a small thing. I used the ATM ($3 charge - I'm okay with that). But it only gives $20 bills, which creates problems for travelers. So I asked if I could get two $10 bills for a twenty. The clerk said, unsmilingly, "Are you going to buy something? I'm not going to open the register unless you buy something." I believe I would have bought something if she had said something like, "I'm sorry. Management doesn't want us to open the register without there being a register purchase." I turned and left. When I fill my tank tomorrow, I'll go to one of the two stations across the street.

Update (same day as my review posted): Got the boilerplate response you read here. So I called the number. The automated response said, "Thank you for calling BP Customer Service". It went on to explain that they were closed, but were open Monday through Friday during Central Time hours (that's two time zones east of here). Hm. Not so helpful a response, that.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at any gas station ever. Guy working was UNBELIEVABLE in his rudeness and attitude. Completely insulted me for asking if they had toothpaste. Motioned with his head Where to look. I said I didn’t see any. He sighed loudly and went back to cleaning the counter. I said excuse me, can you help me? I don’t see any? He ACTUALLY yelled at me “it’s right there!” I said, “okay, maybe you’re out.” He said no. I asked him to show me. He got very frustrated and walked to the closest aisle to the counter, looked down and said, we don’t have any.” I grabbed a drink and put it on the counter and he ignored me (while being right in front of me.) I walked out. went and told everyone I know not to go in.

Its friday and I came in at 4pm to wash my car and was told by some little girl working that I couldnt be in the store unless i had a face mask. No problem at all. I understand. I left and came back 30 mins later to neither casheir (same ones) with no face mask. I dont understand how i cant be in the store without a face mask but neither of them had theirs on when i came back. Reckless dont you think?

The car wash broke while my car was in it. I got out and the person behind me told me that it looked like I was clear to drive out. The brushes ended up ripping off part of my front and rear bumpers. I went and asked for a manager and some random Hispanic guy that was throwing away the trash outside with a weird mustache told me he was the manager. So I explained to him what his machine did and how it just ruined my wife's new Camry. He straight up told me that it's not his responsibility or the companies. And that my cars bumpers must have been put on Ghetto and that it was my fault. Stock , grandma car, newer Toyota Camry. Yes , this is definitely all Toyotas fault right from the factory. And the smug little bastard laughed in my face and went back to his worthless minimum wage job as the high-and-mighty manager of a gas station. So myself and my insurance company will be in contact with corporate and for the manager who took his badge off when I tried to confront him. You'll be finding a new minimum wage job very soon. And we will never use your gas station again for anything. A little courtesy goes a long way.

Worst service ever Sunday 4/7 9am after paying 12 for a car was only to find it still dirty and the staff could care less. Young girl with black hair very bad customer service. I go here every week but might have to rethink that decision.

I dont know about the owner. But the mike the person who works in night shift is the racist person i have seen in my entire life in America. I came to to buy a product why does some people judge a person by therir religion

Very rude clerk. Wanted to pay for $30 gas with $100 bill and said he had no change, "what do I look like, a bank?" was his comment.

At a time when fast food restaurants are closed, gas stations are the only option for bathroom breaks I stopped there for gas and a bathroom break and the bathrooms were closed to the public. Not good and very disappointed.

Can I give it 0 stars? Always closed for idiotic reasons. I will NEVER RETURN!!!!!
