I would like to take this opportunity to commend an employee named Jayden, who assisted me with unloading my groceries and also assisting a person, in the parking lot, who was disabled, get a cart. He was extremely courteous and professional and represented Stater Bros very well.

My favorite grocery store of all time! I love the meat department. Great quality meat and when they have specials, it's amazing. 4.99lb flap meat!?!? Sheesh! Their produce has never done me wrong either. Always fresh, always delicious. Has a bit of an old school vibe that is nostalgic. The employees are dressed to impress and always look sleek. The place is always as clean as can be. 5 stars for days!

I felt safe here, everyone wearing masks (customers and employees) and respectful of safe distancing. Cashier & young lady bagging my groceries patient and helpful as I was paying with 2 cards 2 purchases, mine (age 63) and for my sister who stayed home (age 66). They called a young man up who used a 2nd cart & pushed it to my car & loaded bags into back while I took 2nd cart & loaded into car on side sliding door. I shop here frequently for their large deli & bakery & my dog's favorite dog food not always found elsewhere...Nature's Recipe Grain Free Prime Blend chicken & beef

Staff is super nice and patient as expected. Everything is where it should be and clean

In this stater Brothers they have many things. They have their own bakery (love the cakes 😍🎂😋), deli, flower shop, and an ATM machine. Butchers give excellent service. I highly recommend it. 😃

When I stop by here I know what to expect. Quality meats and affordably priced products are available every time you stop by here. If I had to choose one grocery store to be my favorite, it would definitely be Stater Bros.

I love this location. The staff is nice, the store is always clean. They are always updating their offerings. We can now find Beatboxes here in almost all of the flavors. Definitely recommend Beatbox if you like to drink!

This is a easy review. Staters is by far the best Grocery store located in the Inland Empire and my opinion, the country. It is always stocked, the vegetables are fresh and healthy. Just the smell of walking into the vegetable department is amazing. Then the meat counter and department is second to NONE.
The quality of meat is very high and important to the butcher. If they don't have something in the case, they will try to find it in the back or cut you up something to order, all with a smile. The Inventory manager and Controller should be praised for expecting demands of certain items during the year due to holidays or religious beliefs.
Then the stores are always clean and clear. When you have the goal to build a neighborhood store, this is the model.

Hi. I enjoy shopping here and have been for many years. I am an RN and do have some feedback and a suggestion. Please be sure that an employee is sanitizing all the carts and/or that sanitizing wipes are readily available. We have gone back to enforcing masks indoors now and we need to ensure that sanitizing is happening. For the best protection for all of us, this needs to go hand in hand with mask wearing. Also, of importance, is ensuring the restrooms are fully cleaned and stocked with soap and paper towels. Thank you.

I love the fresh cut fruit and the pre-made meals from the butcher that are ready to put into the oven.

stater bros brand products are as good as, or equal to brand name products but cost less. well worth the savings. excellent meat dept & seafood too. nice produce. deli with cooked chicken & variety of ready to eat salads (potato, macaroni, pasta). also a bakery. well stocked. friendly checkers & they bag your groceries for you! Stater Bros been my go to grocery store for over 40 yrs...

Very busy store! But the employees are nice. This has been my home store for the last 2 years, since I've moved to fontana. I think the deli needs an update on there training. Very very disappointed with the deli. The meat department always amazing service! Bakery the girls are always nice. The cashier are always amazing. Wish I could give this store 100% but the deli needs an adjustment.

The new layout is optimal for quick shopping trips. The staff is always helpful and amicable. Clean and well stocked.

I’ve been a regular customer of this store for over 16 years. All the employees and managers I’ve met throughout the years have always been polite and friendly and one store employee that exceeds at this is Jesse. He always has a smile and is super friendly. My daughter loves going with me to the store, as soon as we walk in she looks for Jesse to see if he is working that day. If he is, she always wants for us to pay at his register. He will always try to have stickers to give to kids and that always makes my daughter happy. Small gestures like that go a long way for a kid and they don’t forget that. I just wanted to acknowledge Jesse for being an awesome Stater Bros cashier to my family and I.

I had one of the best experiences ever with the Bakery Department. I ordered a birthday cake many weeks ago, and picked it up today. The caring staff went above, and beyond to make this day special. The magnificent artwork, hand delivering my cake to the car, and exceptional customer service. your team made many people happy. Thank you, Thank you!
