I like going to this UPS because the service has always been good. However, I think there prices are expensive. Maybe the prices I am thinking of are outdated. I do not purchase their boxes, but I purchase other stuff from them.

This is my go-to UPS store. Other UPS stores make a fuss about so many things just to make me walk out of the place with my package at the end. This UPS store does their job good and takes into consideration their customers as they always try to help.

Follow up 11/27/2017: I am changing my star rating for this merchant from one-star to five-stars. The problem has been resolved. Merchant was polite and efficient throughout the problem resolution process and apologized even though not being certain that the error was made by merchant. Sometimes mistakes are made and "things happen." Let this be a lesson to be sure to always check your bank/credit card statements, just in case.

Went in to drop off an Amazon return.
I did not remember setting this up for a Kohl's dropoff. Ashley was professional and kind I guiding me through the steps to convert my return so I could drop it at the UPS Store!
