Been here on several occasions and the staff are very helpful and kind. They’re almost always super busy, yet they always do a great job of handling multiple customers.

The employees make it a point to keep a good vibe at this place, which makes it nice for customers too. They are often singing or laughing.

Interesting to see that the staff are kind to each other as well, and they stand up for one another! On one occasion there was only 1 lady at the counter and a customer compassionately asked “ they just let you fend for yourself out here” and she stood up for her colleagues and continued working efficiently. This is unlike other shipping places where staff are trying to blame/pile work on the other.

Shoutout to the team at this UPS for modeling great team work and being a pleasant place to go to!

The team at this location does a great job. They have always been welcoming and helpful when I’ve needed assistance. And the addition of the Amazon drop has been convenient. They make sure to acknowledge the customers with a greeting or “thank you for coming in” whether or not you go to the counter

I went in to get my daughters passport/visa photos and Alex helped me promptly. Within a minute, we were taking the pictures and she printed them out right after. Didn’t take us more than 5 minutes! Thanks Alex!
This is also my favorite UPS Store - all my shippings and Amazon returns go through them because they are fast, smart and efficient.

Went on a crowded Sunday afternoon. Notarizing and shipping got done in 15 min, and felt it went way faster than expected. Barry, the associate who helped was very courteous and helpful.

Manager CHRISTINA at store #407 did an EXCELLENT job on my Bus. Cards and Booklets. She was VERY Nice and Helpful & Clients LOVE the Cards & Booklets. She truly deserves a RAISE on her going UP & above 2 get my visions right!🙌🏾😇!

The workers were super kind and attentive. I barely had to wait in a line and they helped me finish what I needed to do.

I had 5 boxes of records that Christina and Abby packed and shipped. At the end of the transaction I noticed that one item was double the cost of the other boxes. Christina corrected the issue and was very courteous and professional.

Great service at affordable prices. Much better than filling out forms and waiting in line at the post office!

I regularly almost everyday go to this location to ship and all of them are nice and provide quick service. Barry is always there to help me out. As soon as he sees me he just pulls up my information with my name and gets the job done.

Their service is awesome. Alyssa, a staff member, very respectfully helped me manage the packing of Amazon packages that I needed to return. Really appreciate it!

Alyssa helped me a lot when I visited here to return some items from Amazon. I had three huge boxes but she was very kind and patient.

I have been quite pleased with the service from the UPS Store on Homestead Road in Santa Clara, especially from Christina. After I had some difficulty with receiving a delivery from UPS at home, the local UPS Store was especially accommodating and helpful.

The best UPS store I’ve ever been serviced at! Fast service. Polite, kind workers who care. Drop your package off quickly as there are usually at least 2-3 people out front. They’re great about getting you in and out.

You also get printing discount coupons each time you drop off a package and get a receipt. I drop off my Amazon packages here often! Never had issues before.

So impressed by Andres services! He welcome everyone with a big smile, help customers timely and effectively!

Got great help here returning my big amazon boxes. Alyssa helped open and close/tape up the boxes to finish the return!

Best customer service. I was greeted by a young man who was super sweet, friendly and great! Wish there were more people like him out there in customer service. I had a easy package to send off. Label was created but I needed the slip to place the label in. He was super fast and getting my package taken care of. I will definitely be returning to this location. I went yesterday 7/22/20 around 5:30pm.

I have been going here for 17 years. I appreciate their professionalism. The staff is very friendly.

Kiel and the rest of the crew are great! Happened to be present when the owner walked in and he was just as helpful as the rest of the team.
They know exactly what they are doing, very well trained and most importantly efficient! PS- if you go there as often as I do , good crowd to have a fun chat with.
Highly recommend this as the only UPS store to use in the Bay Area !
