The bathroom is disgusting. They don’t bother to clean their restrooms and they were completely out of toilet paper. I definitely would not order food there and since their facilities were so bad, there’s no reason to stop for gas there either. Plenty of other places to check out half mile from there.

FYI… Do not buy lottery tickets from Snappy foods on Perdido Beach Road. My friend from Atlanta won $500. He said he would only give her $200 and the rest she would have to buy in merchandise. She took the ticket to the Florabama and they told her that it showed that it had already been paid out. She went back to Snappy foods and the guy told her he didn’t have the money to pay her, that she would have to take it out in merchandise. Only when she said she was calling the police and The Florida lottery did he pay her And threw her out of the store and told her not to ever come back there again. She reported them to the Florida lottery. Just beware. He also turns down the sound so you can’t hear if you are a winner on the scan tickets.

Don’t even go in there. Shady all the way around. We have heard of many “shady” things that go on in there and also in the back room. I don’t allow my kids to go in there to even buy a soda. I’m not going to elaborate on what we have been told because we live very close to this store and have been told to not have any “issues” with them. Look around in there closely and you will see why they stay in business.

Do not go here. Owner is as rude and dishonest as they come. We went there for lottery tickets. My aunt went first. She said she just wanted a powerball ticket no extras. He rang it up and charged her for a ticket with all the extras. She told him thats not what she requested. He started yelling at her that she had to pay for it. I told her let's go somewhere else. He said she had to pay for it. A line formed behind us and they started yelling at him thay he is rude and dishonest and trying to take advantage of people. They didnt stop until he made it right then everyone put their things on the counter and walked out about 6 of them. I don't know how he can still sell lottery tickets but we are filing complaint. I'm grateful for the people that make him do what's right instead if taking advantage of an 86 year old.

The Retailer (Owner) at Snappy Foods (convenience store; 17100 Perdido Key Drive, Pensacola, Florida 32507) was very rude after I complained of him selling me 3 of the same numbers for 1 draw instead of 2 draws. I purchased 9 power ball QP tickets with three QP to be 2 draws. I fold the tickets up after purchasing them and place them in my purse without looking at them till the next day. This is when I saw that he sold me 3 of the same QP numbers twiced on separate tickets for 1 draw. I
was vacationing in Gulfshores, Alabama and drove to Florida State line to get these tickets. I actually drove back 45 minutes to ask him why did he sell me the same numbers twiced for one draw. After his rudeness, he could've said sorry for the miscommunication but instead he was trying to say what he remembered I said. After hundreds of people that come to that store per day and he remembered the conversation we both had from the day before means he know what he does to people all the time which is call scamming. All I can say or ask him. Who in the world will purchase the same numbers twice for one draw? Please guys, going forward, please make sure you're not letting anyone scam you. For me, I'm done with these foreign people because majority of them own the store and it's nothing that can be done but make sure other people don't get treated like I did by complaining on the internet or any social media sites which I'm not on. BAD busines. Stay away from these kind of stores or make sure you're not being scammed.. Sad they can get away with things when they are the owner.

I went to redeem a small winning ticket for the PowerBall that had matched 2 out of the 5 numbers plus the powerball at Snappy Foods. On the Florida Lottery website it states the winnings would be $14.00 for this ticket. The store owner refused to honor the Florida Lottery website and only cashed the ticket for $5. Watch out for poor business people like this, always scamming one over on their customers.

Worker was very rude, proceeded to call us ugly offensive names as well as flipped us off twice for using the bathroom because he didn’t want to clean it again. There wasn’t a sign that said closed and threatened to call the cops to escort us out even though we didn’t do anything.

Do not buy lottery tickets at this place because even if your ticket says a winner he's going to run a dummy ticket and say that it wasn't a winner. They're pocket some of people's winnings watch out for them
