AT&T Store

Had the best experience at this store. Juan was very helpful with switching my plan over and with setting up my new phone. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. 10/10 recommend this store to anybody and help from Juan as well!

I came to AT&T 3/18/2024 around 2:30ish Jennifer was helping me out because my phone is broken. she’s going above and beyond for me she’s really going all out trying to fix my issue mean while helping two lady’s came in… Jennifer said ‘ill be with you in a moment’ Twice .. they had to wait but we had to wait until they verify me, it took a long while. They asked Jennifer if she was on break she said her co worker was that she’s the only one on the floor for the moment. They kept asking if she was on break.She was HELPING ME. I feel bad that’s she being talk down on..

We we're really satisfied with the level of customer service and professionalism that the sales team at this location exhibited. They we're very informative and made the shopping experience very satisfying.

Rep. Luis was professional, helpful and has a very nice personality. Had a bit of a wait but was because of Covid and he was also very busy with a customer. He did recognize I was waiting and told me he would get to me as soon as he was finished. He apologized for the wait and helped me right away. He is a very good AT&T employee. Thank u Luis

My husband and I went to the other AT&T store on Hulsey Drive in Manteca with questions out our bill and to see if we could get a better plan. We weren't getting much help they acted like we were imposing. We told them we were thinking about switching providers instead of them trying to keep us as customers they told us if we switch got to Verizon. So we went to this store on Daniels and even though they were busy when we walked in they acknowledged us. We asked our questions about our bill they were very helpful and made us feel like we were important to them. we Explained that we were considering switching providers and how the other store told us to go to verizon. Because the employees at the Daniels store were so helpful and acted like were important we decided to stay with AT&T and we will take our business to the Daniel Street store.

UPDATE : had to go back to the store to undo a mess created by a Separation and Justin and Joey collaborated together and actually found me an affordable solution that finally made it work out in my favor once again going above and beyond what any common salesman would do ... I cannot recommend this store enough

Professional, friendly, knowledgeable staff ... Justin, Victor, and Joey, really went above and beyond to resolve my issue and even helped me with more than I initially came in for ... I live quite a distance from this store but I will drive to that store for any future AT&T needs

Store was very well organized. Christian was very helpful and patient and answered all our questions! Christian Gave us really great customer service and deserves a raise!! :) thank you again for all your help! Very professional!

Edgar, the store manager was really helpful. He was ready to help me patiently. I was there to port my number to AT&T, and it was time consuming. He was there the full time helping me and was very cool. He is the man to go.. if you visit this place, you will be completely satisfied :)

Came in today with my 85yr mom. Karina L greeted us at the door. With all the patients she helped me and my mom get my mother's phone working I appreciate Karina's understanding and time. At my moms age good help for her is hard to find. Grate grate job Karina!👍👍👍

Awesome service ! I needed assistance to set up my Apple iPhone replacement I was in & out in about 8 minutes ! The store employees are very friendly , most of knowledgeable ! I highly recommend this store !
