Delightful. Will be visiting again. One of a kind fashions. Baby carriage friendly. Gentleman was polite and left me to my browsing. Great footwear will be back. My baby grandson never uttered even a whisper. Sweetly slumbering in quirky ambience.

Cute clothes but not sure about the owners and employees, is it store policy to not greet or acknowledge customers? Been here many times and always the same, they will look right at you and not even say hello. So strange. I’ll save myself the awkwardness and go elsewhere next time.

I typically only review upon positive experiences. I’ve been nothing but excited since this boutique was put in Merchants Row. The owners, a married couple definitely have a great eye for fashion and style, and do bring in some great designers . I’ve had two issues that have caused me to pause and decide not to return. On 12/24 I purchased a pair of Steve Madden sneakers tried on their women’s 6.5 in the same style minus a zipper and when I saw the zipper without trying on the “same “ shoe, I purchased and they felt like a size 5. They were clearly labeled wrong. When I went on 12/26 to return with the receipt they would not take back without the box or even offer a store credit . I ended up giving to my nine year old daughter a pair to grow into (100 $ plus I didn’t want to throw out door). I recently purchased an adorable sweater , light and airy for summer and within one day it had snagged . It was priced around $128 and the quality was poor. That’s my last and final thought . Aside from jeans , their accessories are overpriced and and their ability to retain good customers who would spend a lot is sub par.

I have been frequently visiting the store and have purchased a number of clothing items over the past few months- same workers there every time I've been in. They have cute items and some good brands however the return policy is just unreasonable. When I came to return or exchange an item I had not worn and bought within 2 weeks they immediately had objections prior to even asking a single question. Both workers were there when I bought the blazer I was trying to return and they clearly just didn't want to accept it, but didn't fail to mention "we are very reasonable about returns". I think customers get to decide that- given both your negative reviews are about your returns and customer service, I'd reconsider. Go the extra 10 minutes to Derby St and shop at Anthro... Same brands, better customer service. Or Sable for locally owned.
