We had great service here. Prompt & thorough. We appreciate the help in ordering & setting up our new iPhones. They do work based on appointments so make sure to set one up. It’ll make things easier.

Gannon and Drew did a phenomenal job helping us when purchasing a new phone. They were extremely knowledgeable, kind and helped us every step of the way!! We highly recommend going to that Verizon store when shopping for new phones/plans.

The service was very good 👍!! Drew was very helpful and knowledgeable. He tried to find any promotional deals that you may have had going on. He was not rushing me into anything and answered all of my questions that I had. I would recommend him to anyone! All around great experience.

This was our 3rd Verizon store if the day. The 1st corporate store had a 3 hour wait. The 2nd store was it authorized dealer that didn't have the phones we wanted in stock. The 3rd store was a charm. I was helped by a. very knowledgeable young man. He was fast and friendly and took the stress out the purchasing process. I wish I would have gone there first,

After being turned away for not having an appointment at the corporate Verizon store and then going to another store that was closed before the posted closing time, we found Drew at the store by the bett plex and he was so helpful and patient with us and another customer who followed us to his store from the closed store! He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the job and helped us get a great deal with our new phones and watch and phone cases and things! This will be our new go to store!

Gannon was not only very personable, but he was well versed on how to set up my new iPhone. I was prepared to be there for a few hours but I was out the door in 75 minutes! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Very knowledgeable about the equipment and available plans.. Answered all my questions about a home hot spot. The store is at a somewhat remote spot (near the new sports complex in Bettendorf) so there were fewer people shopping and I didn’t have to wait at all.

Stopped into store for my old phone was not in good shape ,and was explained what I could due with my old phone to get a new one.which I did due got a new one and was helped with getting it all set up and on my way .staff was very helpful will for sure be back if I have any questions.

Amanda was amazing, she was very knowledgeable about the programs and phones available, answered all of my questions and took great care of my needs. I will deffinately get ahold of her again if I ever need assistance again.
