IW is awesome!!! I've been doing business with Stan and Stu for years, even before it became IW. Always great customer service! The only place I trust to get all of my rollerhockey gear.

I would like to reach out to Inline Warehouse in regard to the helpfulness of one of their support staff (Stan C.). Stan responded in a timely, cordial manner with expert advice that helped me solve my issue. Without Stan's help, I don't think I would have figured out my problem. Not only does Inline Warehouse sell top-end skating gear, they deliver expediently and have the knowledgeable, friendly support staff to back up what they sell. I'm one very satisfied customer!

Inline Warehouse helped bring me into the current generation of inline skating. Their generous return policy helped me get the fit I needed to really feel grounded in a pair of skates like never before. They have great deals, a good variety and friendly customer service. I'm not sure why people think they could afford to run a business with customers willy nilly sending things back to them on their dime...but I guess that's just good ole American entitlement. Amazon also corrupts peoples expectations by destroying small businesses with shipping policies non monopolies cannot compete with.

Amazing customer service.

I recently mailed back a return for skates that were too big. When I was trying them on, I put a custom insole in one of the skates in hopes that the additional bulk would fix the sizing issue. It did not and I accidentally mailed the skates back with the insole still in it.

When I contacted Inline Warehouse, they went above and beyond locating the skates and attempting to recover them. Unfortunately, the insole was not recovered as the return had been fully processed and the skates resold. However, I am so grateful for their customer service, communication, and effort to fix MY error. I would certainly order from them again. Not to mention how simple the actual return process was!

I wasn’t happy with my first in-person, in-store pick up experience, left a review, and decided to give them another try. I must say, I’m very impressed with how management paid attention to every detail and my second, and now third time experience have been amazing. Got a call when my order was ready for pick up with instructions on how the pick up works. I called and had a question and the gentleman who answered was very courteous and didn’t rush through the conversation. Overall, very happy with my buying experience. Will now recommend others to purchase here and it will be my go to place for all my skating needs. Thanks again!

These guys are awesome. If you become a member for a mere ten bucks you get free shipping both ways. That's free returns. Plus a 15% discount on already super competitive prices (just as good as Amazon). They're really nice, too!

I got my skates for $160 and they were $200 on Amazon. Insane!

One tidbit of improvement: The staff could use a bit more knowledge of their products. Every time I called about my purchased skates they couldn't really tell me anything about them that I didn't already know with any certainty. But that's a minor issue!

Ordered some skates and they took some time to discuss sizing with me over the phone. Overall very knowledgeable and helpful. They were also very prompt in responding to emails. Shipping to Canada was faster than expected. Happy to shop with them again in the future.

Always great customer service. I have purchased from this company for the past few years. In the beginning I didn’t understand much about the sport of speed skating, they explained products and helped me stay within my budget. Recently they priced matched a sale price they had after a recent purchase. Always a great experience.

Took a gamble and ordered from a company I only knew from a Google search. I ordered my skates on Wednesday morning and received them Thursday at noon. Amazing handling speed. I also had an issue with the order and a quick email back and forth with them solved the issue! Happy customer, will order from them again.

So far I had only good experience with this company. All orders were processed very quickly, their shipping as fast as amazon prime. Hassle free return policy, which is important when it comes to something that has to fit properly: not only skates but the gear is tricky too, just try to find a helmet that fits comfortably and doesn’t make you look like an astronaut. Customer service always answer questions promptly.

Very happy with the service. I ordered a pair of skates that turned out to be too big for my feet and Inline warehouse was very reasonable and offered to do a wheel swap so that I could get a smaller pair, but ended up giving me a full refund after seeing the skates were still in new condition. Their emails were swift and their phone service is very good. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the U.S.

It's been so hard to find a good inline skate shop physically, and I'm so glad I found this shop online. Offers *free overnight* shipping in California, free return *and* 15% discount (by just buying one of their $10 logo shirts, which are actually quite cool looking and I enjoy wearing it). The free return allows me to try different pairs and keep the one you like. In fact, I bought two pairs in different sizes just so I can try them on, and returned a pair that didn't fit. They did arrive overnight, and the return was overnight, too (in California). The whole experience was so smooth and seamless.

Ordered from these guys a few times now. On my last order had a few issues with it, reached out and they were very prompt in reaching out with a solution, even when that solution ended up not working they went above and beyond to ensure all was made right. Could not be happier with a company from both a price perspective as well as a customer service perspective. They are my go to shop for hockey equipment and their customer service proved they will continue to be my go to for a very long time.

I spent too much time shopping for rollerblades online and eventually determined that Doops were what I was looking for. Not only did Inline Warehouse have the best price, but their free & fast delivery made the buying decision a no-brainer. When the brake on my Doops turned out to be defective, they responded quickly and sent me a replacement part with no hassle - all via email! Excellent, friendly service and the reason why I'll be shopping here again!

I seriously can't say enough good things about their customer service. I bought some skates from them, they didn't fit. Shipped them back, then the other pair didn't fit right and also had to ship those back. Meanwhile they're paying for the shipping both ways. I finally got the size that should fit me and low and behold there is a major defective spot within the inside of the skate where it was rubbing my ankle raw. I spoke to Torye and told her what the problem was with the skates and that I had played one game with them . They backed me up with great customer service and gave me credit towards another skate and I finally settled on the Mission Inhaler NLS3 skates and absolutely LOVE them, they fit like a glove! Thanks to Torye and the rest of the crew at Inline Warehouse for taking care of a customer who had some sizing skate issues. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

I’ve had a few of their staff help me over a couple purchases and all of them are very helpful and super chill. A lot of places lost great online customer support thanks to the pandemic but these guys didn’t even skip a beat. Huge selection and very easy to get hold of in both email and phone.

Happy camper, happy skater. Wide product selection with the most complete description of each item. Wanted to be sure my new skates had frame "lateral adjustment" capacity, and this is specified for each skate among all other details small and large. No other vendor is so thorough with fine details. The IWin discount promotion is fun, and it works great. Good selection of accessories such as the Ezeefit foot bands (work great) to keep my ankle bones from chafing in hard boots. I'm in California, so all shipping is overnight - near instant gratification - at a reasonable price. IW has many instructional and product descriptions online. I haven't needed customer support, but others say it is good. Stated return policy is excellent too in case the skates don't fit. Haven't needed that so can't say personally how well that works out.
