Quick and responsive. Ordered online with the colors I wanted, called in to check the time to come by and pick up. They hadn't gotten to their online orders that day, but got my colors ready within 15 minutes! I had other errands to run, so that worked out perfectly for me.

It will come as no surprise that they have a lot of paint. The store is fairly well laid out. If you are in a hurry you may be disappointed because it can be a while before you are helped. That being said, the staff is courteous and works as fast as they can.

I was very impressed with Isaiah, a new employee. We had a misunderstanding with our phone conversation, he handled it with confidence and we turned it into a win/win situation. I have been a customer for years and I was so pleased to be treated so professionally. Thank you.

Be sure to ask if there is a sale on paint. We got emails to alert us, but we wondered why there were no sale signs for 40% off this weekend. Another customer was astonished at his timing, getting such a good price, when we needed to verify with the clerks that there was indeed a sale.

They have a good selection of colors and options. But, the real reason to go is the help they give you. They were really good about explaining stuff I had no idea about and giving tips. Plus they have a no VOC option (no Volatile Organic Compounds).

Staff are knowledgeable and frequently they have promotions that offer discounts which are always welcomed. We have been purchasing Sherwin Williams products for well over 20 years.

Sherwin-Williams is the place to go for all your painting needs. They have good quality products at better prices then Home Depot. So do yourself a favor and go there for your painting needs.
