I had such a great experience at RiteAid on Homestead Road in Los Altos. I had had a rough day and was finishing off the afternoon with errands and the clerk was so kind and helpful as I was checking out! I had just come from Kaiser after a checkup after I just had cataract surgery and have trouble seeing and the gentleman “Dou* helping me check out didn’t rush me. Thankfully, there was no one behind me in line, but having trouble seeing is rough.
One of the reasons I really like this Rite Aid in particular, is the kindness I see in the people who work there.

This store is so clean and organized. The staff is really helpful and pleasant, and I love that they have an ice cream counter!

Discounts and sales at Rite Aid are great and it has been really easy to get my Covid shots in a timely manner in their pharmacy.

Pharmacy staff are the best. Helpful, friendly - they suggest auto refills, bring possible interactions to my attention, and suggest ways to save on current meds. We have been coming here for 25+ years. They know me, my family and it’s a very pleasant relationship. Not the same at many other pharmacies.

All of the pharmacy staff at this location are amazing, go above and beyond, and are incredibly friendly! They make picking up prescriptions a pleasurable experience. I can't recommend them enough.

Upon entering you get an unfailingly friendly greeting! Service from all employees is rapid and respectful. The pharmacy is /sharp, quick, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.

The pharmacist always goes above and beyond to help getting the prescription ready even if she has to call the doctor multiple times! She is amazing. So is the whole pharmacy staff :)

Great, clean, very well stocked store with wonderful employees and managers. By far the best Rite Aid in the area and the only one I go to.
