7-Eleven

I go to this gas station instead of WAWA directly next door because it’s less busy. This place is definitely never as busy as WAWA. I’ve never had an issue here. If you are debating about 7/11 or WAWA next door and DONT want to stand in lines 7/11 is the best choice for you! The cashiers are always super friendly and they remember their customers! Excellent service!!! (I visit this specific location 3x per week at all different times.)

Continuos stream of customers, large variety of snacks n drinks.staff very friendly. Also has gas. Small parking lot, not design to encourage long visit. Very clean and has restrooms for customers.

$14 Car wash was good. HOWEVER, the machine did not print out a receipt at the car wash entrance where I purchased it from when I hit "print receipt." Also, it didn't have an option to scan my 7/11 rewards app to get credit for the wash or sale for rewards. Went through the car wash, then went inside the store. Asked the front cleck for a receipt since it didn'tprint out. He kept saying what number, to which I said the $14 wash (they didn't have #s to select from). He continued saying what number, to which I figured out he was talking about what pump I'm at. I again said I bought it at the car wash itself, and no receipt came out when I bought it. He then just responded, "Can't help you." I left in frustration because of his lack of help and my inability to get credit for the car wash and rewards sale.
Dont look for decent customer service when you do a car wash here.

Not the greatest example of a 7-Eleven. The monstrously popular chain of convenience stores and gas stations is home to the infamous Slurpee brand, which helped to make 7-Eleven the multi-billion dollar company that it is today.
However, some locations are better than others.
This would be a prime example of one of their less-than-great stores.
Surrounding this 7-Eleven in Altamonte Springs are a sprinkle of alternative gas stations, convenience stores, liquor stores, and family ran mini-marts in just about every direction, and on just about every corner you come to. The great part is, most of these alternatives carry the same merchandise (most have wider selections and even better prices,). Most likely, the other stores' staff will treat you with, at least, more respect, clean up the sales floor and drink station, and you won't pay for employees who wish they were anywhere but at that register to ring you up.
My advice?
There will be another 7-Eleven if you drive a mile or so in most directions and you will be happy that you did.
Try any of the nearby similar stores that carry much better service and value.

The pizza I bought was awful. It must have been there days! Not edible. I will never go to this seven eleven again. There is one down the street a lot better. I should report you to 7-11 for your absolute laziness not providing even remotely fresh pizza. And you where out of hot dogs buns!! Cashier mostly interested in talking to his buddy.

Whoever that man is behind the counter needs to learn to be professional. Your employee made a mistake on my gas order and to resolve it just paid for her mistake. When my money went back on my card, I came back to pay her back. This man yelled at me like a child cause he didn’t know what transpired just jumped in telling me I need to be professional. I don’t have to be anything but a CUSTOMER. You need to remain professional. My professionalism belongs at my job which you made me late to by not Proactively listening. Grow up and I’ll shop wherever I please because I’m THE CONSUMER. You’ll be seeing me again and make sure you do your right the first time.

Horrible experience. I will never go back. i have been going there for 3 years, usually in the morning on my way to work. I buy gas, something for breakfast or lunch and the occasional lotto ticket. today i brought a winning ticket in to redeem and was told, by the manager, that I was "done for the day, take your money and leave". It was only for $30.00!!!!I couldn't believe it! I have spent my last dime there!!!!!
