AT&T Store

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the AT&T store in Sebastopol and received exceptional customer service from Juan. He was not only knowledgeable about the products and services offered, but he also went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered and that I felt confident in my decisions.

Juan was patient and took the time to listen to my needs and preferences before recommending the most suitable options for me. He was able to explain complex technical information in a way that was easy for me to understand, which I greatly appreciated. He also provided helpful tips and suggestions that I hadn't considered before, which made my overall experience even more valuable.

In addition to his expertise, Juan had a friendly and welcoming demeanor that made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. He treated me with respect and was genuinely interested in providing me with the best possible service.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the customer service I received. The dedication, knowledge, and professionalism were impressive and made my visit a positive and enjoyable one. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of assistance with their AT&T needs.

Usually I hate going into cell phone stores because of previous experiences. But that changed with visiting this AT&T store! They were all so helpful especially a young gentleman, I think his name was Juan.
Explained the whole cellphone plan clearly and even left with a new iPhone. Thank you guys so much for all your help and making it such an easy process!

I went to AT&T to get some help adding a new line to my plan for my grandpa. Juan was super helpful explaining the process on transferring the phone line and answering my questions! I would definitely recommend him to family and friends!

The service at this location is great! The guy who helped me, Luis Gonzalez, was very attentive and helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me and made it feel like he had my best interest in mind! Highly recommend this location and Luis. Super helpful!

Amazing customer service. I've been a customer for 4 yrs. at this location. Every experience has been positive and pleasant. Switched to my first iPhone recently. Joseph was patient, kind, upbeat and extremely thorough. Anthony and the district manager helped with the transfer of data to my new phone. I also saved money! The store was busy, but the atmosphere remained calm and inviting. Grateful for these guys.
