The UPS Store

My recent visit to the UPS store in Sebastopol was fantastic, all thanks to Savannah! Her customer service is truly exceptional, and I can't recommend her enough. I stopped by a few days ago to make some copies, and she was incredibly helpful. A+ experience all the way!

Fast, professional and friendly. I had a great experience here sending packages for the holidays. Even though they are a UPS store, they can also handle USPS shipping (I needed to ship one of my packages to a P.O. Box). Parking is easy on Main St. or just south in the parking lot. Was much nicer than the usual holiday post office experience!

Bob, Gretchen and crew are both professional, timely and personable. As a graphic designer, Design Orbit uses them on a regular bases. Jobs are always completed on time, if not before, and the quality is excellent. Cosmic High Five to the UPS store for excellence in every way!

I've used a number of UPS Stores in my many travels, but this particular store is the gold standard for custom service. The owner, Bob, could write a book on how to satisfy even the most demanding customers. And his cohort, Gretchen, is just as professional and polite. Whether you need a P.O. Box, have something precious to ship or just want an alternative to standing in a long line at the Post Office, this NEW UPS store is the answer to your prayers!

Nice new location and more spacious than the old one. Staff are always helpful and Kassidy in particular was great in getting my request handled quickly.

This has become my "go to" store for shipping. Really anything postal related. I'd much rather come here than the post office. The owner Bob and the front counter person Gretchen, have always been quick and competent and always so friendly.
And this place is the most convenient for parking as well!

What a good store! Friendly and efficient from mailing USPS, FeDex and UPS to having items notarized .... all good. Gretchen is XLNT and has been there since the beginning.

Every time I go there or call with questions, the staff takes the time to explain things to me, even though they are busy. When in the store, they handle each customer with excellent customer service. This is why I always go back. No long lines like at the post office and quick, efficient, friendly customer service.

Kassidy was super helpful and friendly when I had a more complicated order situation that I needed help with and I’m so glad for it!

Wonderful & Very Helpful

Convenient location. Staff was helpful. Took longer than I expected for the staff to get clarification for which method I could use to ship a box containing hearing aids with rechargeable batteries. In the end, they got the answer for us and we got oir package shipped. Overall a good experience.

I go to print business documents from time to time and their prices are reasonable and they make it easy. Be aware that they don't always open at the stated hours.

Gretchen makes this place feel like home. Great small town service!

New location, new team? The woman who helped me today (Kelly) seemed very spacey, moved slow & was extremely unskilled with a tape gun. Our company has a business account for billing with UPS, but despite asking first, was told at the very end that they don't accept account numbers because they're a franchise location. . . . . I asked for something to be taped a specific way, she completely ignored that request. Instead she applied an excessive amount of tape elsewhere, which was barely adhered to the box because it was bunched so badly. She then flipped the box upside-down, despite all the fragile orientation arrows & perishable warnings on the box. There were 6 or 7 workers in there, but only one manning the counter while a lined formed... Plenty of good people looking for work out there, hire until you got the right team in place.

I drove half an hour to get here, then waited in line for 15 minutes to get a document for work notarized. When it was my turn, I was asked what I needed and told them. The employees seemed to debate who/how it would be done, to then have the person who started helping me declare that they were going on lunch, that they needed both of them to notarize my document, and that I would have to wait an hour to get my document notarized. When asked where else I could get this service, they then proceeded to give me ambiguous directions to other places to get it notarized, taking about as much time as it would have taken to provide the service that this store supposedly provides. This was the worst customer service that I have received in years.

Refused to take passport photo unless I put my hair behind my ears. Showed inept clerk my current passport photo which obviously did not have this requirement nor that anything from the state department website said this was a requirement. Refused me anyhow because she now was going to insist she was right
