AT&T Store

I initially went to a different location in San Jose and it was the worst service. Frankie Diaz was able to help me add a new line to my first net account. The process was not stressful at all. Great customer service I highly appreciate it and recommend this location.

Wendy was a really big help. From being patient and explaining each step thoroughly, to setting up our internet. She made the interaction truly amazing.

I had an amazing experience with Jose Lima when addressing my services. He helped me get reliable information that benefit my family on providing the best services we needed. He asked me what I needed and listened to my needs to give me the best results. I will continue to come here with Lima as my sales representative.

Luis was super helpful. He helped me order my upgrade phone and answered all my questions. I came in again today because unfortunately someone stole my phone. Luis was very helpful with the process of ordering my phone again. I really appreciate his customer service 10/10! (7/25/23)

Big shout out to the manager Lima inside the AT&T on Hatch Rd. Lima definitely knows how to take care of his customers & give them 100% service.

Great experience, Frankie made me and my daughter feel welcome by going above and beyond. Helping my daughter understand her new phone and helping her set up her account. Even after our 1st visit, Frankie was available when I needed help on understanding my billing statement.

Probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any AT&T store. I came in needing assistance and everyone was so kind. Especially Frankie and the store manager. I just finished an experience at the AT&T store in Ceres, California. Milton worked with me to get my dad's phone number switched over to my account from my aunt's account. We thought it was going to be impossible but he did it. It took probably 2 hours. Or more! I even had my aunt on the phone and she asked to speak to Milton. I think she yelled at him but he was patient and kind. Thank you so much Milton for persevering and getting my dad's number switched. We appreciate it so much! You were amazing! You deserve to be employee of the year! Also, Milton, thank you for applying the new glass screen protector on my! It's perfect!

I had to replace my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. I ended up getting the S23Ultra instead. But the help I got while doing this was phenomenal. The representative that helped me was more than happy to help with not only the phone I got,but also with my bill as well. Thank you guys at AT&T! MUCH APPRECIATED

Frankie was awesome! He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I went from a die hard Verizon customer to a fan of AT&T. Very happy with my family plan and everything we did with the AIT (I think that’s what it’s called) program.

I was helped by Frankie and hands down was the best experience I had at this store. I’ve been a customer for 8 years and every other employee was nice but Frankie really knew his stuff and took his time explaining everything. I was thinking about switching phone companies but I’m going to stay with at&t. Every time I make an appointment i’m making it with him! He’s the best!!!

Enrique - thank you for such wonderful customer service and most definitely all your patience as we had no idea which phone to get and having 2 kids with me, we'll, you know, isn't always easy. I highly recommend Enrique for anyone who walks in not knowing what you really want to walk out with. He was so patient with my 9yo son who had a million questions when it came to trying to find the right phone for him. Thank you for everything my son is extremely happy!
