I'm a hard person the please when it comes to buying a car. I have high expectations. One of the most important things to me is customer service and honoring what you say. RAY, CHRIS, AND GOWITHGARCIA did just that. They worked hard all day on making what I wanted happen. I wanted a specific interest rate, got it. I wanted a bottom line amount for my trade in, got it. I wanted my payment a specific amount, got it. Basically walked in this place and got what I wanted. Get this, when they filled the tank, they left a note with a $2 bill. The note said congratulations on your new truck!!! That was heart warming honestly. The truck came with some expensive all weather floor mats. That was cool. I'll be back to this place if ever I need another car or truck. It was a very pleasant car buying experience. Thank you for that.

Recently bought an SUV here. I couldn’t get to Patterson until 5 minutes before they closed. The sales team never hesitated to still help me get in the car I wanted that night (we talked specifics over the phone on the way there). From the time I walked in to the time I was on the road home was less than an hour which included the test drive. Carlos called to check in about a week later to make sure I was satisfied and answered a few questions I had. Everything was straightforward which I like. Would recommend this place to anyone.

We contacted Kayle in the morning about a used Denali, drove the 1.5 hrs to get there, expressed our concerns while on our way. We felt very comfortable with him, even though we had never met him. I’ve been looking for the right Yukon for several months when I came across the Yukon at Thompson GMC. I started out talking with internet sales and he referred me to an on-site salesman. When I arrived Carlos met me and he had the Yukon I was interested in ready for a test drive. He was very helpful with lots of information. Purchased a new truck from the staff at Thompson Chevrolet Buick GMC this morning. I've had my previous vehicle for 20 years now, so its been quite some time since I had to shop for a new vehicle and was feeling overwhelmed and nervous. Communication with some other dealerships weren't entirely welcoming and were often pushy.
I worked with Kyle via email and phone, who was beyond professional, patient with me, and helpful to answer all of my questions. One of the main reasons I choose to select this dealership for my purchase.
Kyle was unfortunately off today, yet the rest of the staff there represented the business to a high standard; all of who I met and worked with today were very courteous, polite an accommodating.
