Great job on the plaque i had made for my teacher. She loved it. Had to keep calling to see if it was done though. Was supposed to pickup on Tuesday and waited until Thursday to make sure it was done. Was told it was done on Tuesday. Would've liked to have gotten a call. Besides that staff was helpful.

Terrible customer care and disrespectful. As soon as I walk in with an improper printed shirt the guy in the wheelchair says “nope probably not” BEFORE I even said anything. Didn’t even TRY to help me or talk about ANY options… MERRITT FAULT.. My LOSS/problem… DO NOT GO THERE expecting help if THEU MESS UP…

They’re Nice when you’re giving them money… don’t come back with any issues that THEY MADE…
