Walgreens

The pharmacy is always understaffed, it’s not the employees, it’s the employer. A year ago, 5 to 6 ppl in the Pharmacy, now, 2 to 3 at best? I feel for you all, cutting costs, reducing customer service, increasing disappointment from customers, and then higher anger directed at those who are unable to change things. Improve Walgreens, spend money on scholarships, training, and you know, staff 😁

I recently visited this Walgreens and had a fantastic experience. I ordered photos online and had them printed at this store. When I went to pick them up, I was greeted by friendly staff and the selection of items in this store is great! I will absolutely be back! Would recommend using this Walgreens if you’re in the area.

This store should get more than 5 stars. I'm shocked it has just 2. The employees are beyond polite and helpful and the guys in the photo section are amazing. Give them a raise. Most places like Walmart and Target don't do photo processing anymore, and Walgreens in one of the last places to still do this. They were literally swamped with orders for Christmas cards and yet they were polite and helpful to all who came in. They have to stop what they are doing and help people at the computers process their orders. I have not experienced such a nice level of customer care in many years. It warmed my heart and restored my belief in humanity to see how unbelievably nice the employees were at this store. Alex I think was one of them. Good job Walgreens!!!!

I swore off using Walgreens for good just because of the negative experiences I've consistently had at different locations. The pharmacist here is absolutely amazing he goes above and beyond he listens he's quick he's efficient and on the ball. He is the only reason I will use Walgreens ever again! If you need a good pharmacist who doesn't hate their job who genuinely is there to help and be efficient this is the place to go!

Huge shout out to Emily in pharmacy. Called her after dealing with an extremely unprofessional dark haired young (lady) at the store on 104th and federal. Emily was kind, and very professional. She transferred all my prescriptions to this store quickly. Thank you so much Emily! You're going to go far in this field! Amazing customer service!

Walgreens is one of those places that you take for granted. I will say that over the years the staff has been friendly and always willing to help. The pharmacy is the same and makes pickups quick and easy, always prompting me to enter my rewards info. The pharmacist has been great in the rare time I have had a question and goes over and above to not only find an answer but direct me to a product in the store to help me out. What's not to like?

The pharmacist Kim went above and beyond to help me with a last minute prescription for my 6 month old. After such a rough medical ordeal, she was humanity at its finest in how she showed up and acted with such compassion and professionalism. 💛

Went to the little clinic. Walgreens pharmacists where very friendly and helpful. The doctor was also very knowledgable. I would highly reccomend the little clinic. I came because I couldn't see my doctor due to my work schedule. It was a great second option and much closer to my home!

I only come here to visit the Clinic when I can't see my regular doctor. I have been coming here since 2013. I have never had a problem. The staff are super nice and helpful. The longest I waited was like an hour because I came to see them while they were at lunch ... lol ...

Had an issue with a purchase and the manager fixed it right away. Glad to see customer service is still alive. New favorite location.

Pharmacists are excellent, drive thru pickup window very efficient this location is by far the Best all around.
