'Maui' and Ronnie were exceptional tonight when I came in needing something as random as a used oil container. We couldn't find a lid but Ronnie cleaned one up a used one for me as best he could. I'm excited to come back later this week to recycle my oil and get it out of my backyard. So grateful. Very helpful. Attentive. Went a little above and beyond to provide the help I needed. Solution to my problem. Thank you guys.

Makes servicing your vehicle easier. Even if you have a question the staff is right there to answer it. I'm surprised by their knowledge of vehicles and what will help sustain them!

Jesus came to our aid in the aisle while we were looking for wiper blades. He showed us the proper ones and then offered to install them for us..no cost. Great customer service. He was professional, helpful and friendly.

As a repeat customer of the store, I'm usually in there about four times a year. Today's visit; however, was radically different because when I went to pay for my items, Diane D. was there to greet me. Not only did she make me feel welcome, she also made me feel they were grateful for my business. In addition, she noticed that I was wearing my military service cap and immediately changed the charges for my items to include the 10% military discount. Now, the discount is a nice addition to the convenience of the location of this store to my home, but it was Diane's personality that not only made the visit pleasant (usually, I'm met with polite, but impersonal clerks), it also made me wonder why this woman with the sparkling personality and the "take charge" attitude isn't higher up in the company training others to make their customers feel as welcome as I did today!!!

Purchased a battery for my Honda. Parts man very helpful. Told me about the different levels of batteries they had. I picked what I wanted and asked if they ever installed the battery. He said sometimes and he said let me check
I had an injury and couldn't use my hands. He checked and said he could. He checked carefully and in about 20 minutes he had the job done. Everything is working. Great help as I was really in à bind.Sorry I didn't get his name but he represented Auto Zone very well.

Always have very helpful and friendly employees! Battery was not holding a charge! Waited until rain stopped to visit the store. Alternator and starter checks were good. Having only one car, the employee, Landon, took the initiative to replace the battery and install a new one for me. Quick, easy, and friendly service to get me back on the road! Auto Zone is my first stop for parts and advice. Thanks Landon, this old guy’s bad back was not looking forward to lugging around the battery install!

Alonzo (I hope that was his name!) was extremely helpful. He helped diagnose, test, and replace my car battery. I really appreciate the extra effort he put in to helping resolve my issue

I had a check engine light come on today and anybody who owns a car knows this is a day ruiner. I called and asked if I could get a diagnostic done and Jason told me to come on down. So I went on my lunch break, got the codes, got the parts, and repaired it after work. Without Jason I wouldn’t have a way to get to work for probably a week while some mechanic was gouging me. He made me a very happy customer and I will be telling everybody I know to come and spend their money at Autozone Ventura. Give this guy a raise! He is a model employee.

Hello, I am a long time customer of this store and I just want to communicate how pleasurable it is to interact with the female
employees in this store; the three I am singling out for kudos are Janaya, Cynthia, and Diane.

All three are consistently positive and in good spirits. They make hunting for parts easy and pleasureable and less macho than it can
be.

Good service is a lost art and it is definitely noticeable when it is present.

Handicap accessible parking. Staff is always polite and helpful. You can bring used oil here at no cost. Usually they have the correct parts in stock, that we are looking for. This facility is always clean. Parking can be a little tight but there are two ways to get into the parking lot.

Not only being greeted as you step thru the front door with a genuinely welcome to Autozone , followed by a sincere , How are you doing today accompanied by how may I help you ? Not only made me feel welcomed , gave me a sense of relief that I have some professional help from a parts specialist her name is Rosio . She went above and beyond to get me exactly what I needed and to make sure that it was right the first time and I had everything to complete my unexpected task of the day , can’t thank her enough for the level of passion she has to set herself above the rest of parts associates/ specialist.

Needed to get brake pads for my girlfriends car & they had exactly what I needed at a great price. They have lots of good products on sale for great prices. The staff was friendly & assisted me promptly. They also have a huge selection of various other auto parts, fluids & accessories you could be looking for. Definitely recommend.

This location is awesome as far as this chain goes. I don't think nearly as many people know about this one , and I haven't had to wait very long to be served in a manner that is more helpful than I am used to. I was definitely surprised by the service which is why I rated 5 stars for a chain. Interesting side note,I purchased a part that was actually made in the USA- mindblown!

This store is perfect. I always head in in the morning and it seems that every time I go I see the same person, Elias. He has some of the best customer service that I've ever experienced at not just auto parts store but most retail stores in general. He is very knowledgeable and knows just what you are looking for. I go only to this Auto Zone specifically because of him. Thanks for making your store great.

They are wonderful, i boight a battery for my Jeep and they had one of their employee install it for me, even when it was a little bit complicated they did it with care and professionalism

My daughter and I came in on a rainy day and had outstanding customer service from Thomas--he was knowledgeable about the wide range of products we needed, and even helped carry out purchases out to the car and installed new windshield wipers for us--in the pouring rain. He was awesome.

I went and bought a battery for my 370Z and had a nice guy named Ricardo install it. Unfortunately I had no idea that the automatic windows need to reset after a battery change. My window would go all the way up and it was just a mess. I went back to the store and was helped by a guy named James S...... He is your star employee!!! He tried and tried and asked if we would come back the next day. I did and he came right up to me and said I went home last night and watched some videos and I think I know how to fix it. Well he did fix it and I was thrilled. But not as impressed as an employee who goes home and researches issues. JAMES S...... I sure hope Auto Zone appreciates you as much as I do.
