It’s nice to have a place to shop near my home. However, it kind of smells like pee mixed with too many air fresheners inside

I went to the store today for some party decorations they did not have any selection, and when I did find tissue paper that I enjoyed, I went to check out, tapped my card and the transaction went to another transaction. There was nobody there to help for me and when one staff did come in they said they were off the clock and then grabbed another staffwho was on their phone the entire time they tried to help me so I couldn’t even tell them what the problem was. Worst service I’ve had I could’ve stolen everything if I wanted to. (I left with nothing because I’m not supporting this business anymore.)

One (slow) cashier. All self checkouts are closed and she said they will not be coming back, so there will just be one cashier... It took longer to pay than shop.
